Drunk has an interesting post on why people aren't making the money in this business.

He has rightly pointed out the crux of the problem with most members but Autosurf Dummy believes there are a lot more reasons involved. By following conscientiously the 5 rules, members can avoid a lot of pitfalls but sometimes there are external circumstances beyond members' control which can still result in them losing money.

The admin's greed when the inflow of money is too large to resist is a major reason. When the program has reached saturation point and the admin has more than covered his cost, it is not surprising to visit the site and find that it has disappeared overnight.

There is also a very high risk of a popular program suffering from malicious attacks by competitors to destroy its credibility, and that can also hurt members very badly.

Over a four years period, a lot of people have left the scene and they have made a wise decision. Most probably, they have lost much of their savings and if they stay around, they stand to lose even more. This is after all a zero-sum game and the losers outnumber the winners.

"Once bitten-twice shy", there are not that many people left to scam after the millions of dollars lost by honest and hardworking members to all these scammers during the last 2-3 years.

This industry will still survive as there are still people interested in getting traffic as well as to make a killing from the high-yield programs but the good days are over.

E-Gold Indicted for Money Laundering and Illegal Money Transmitting

Here is the latest update from the Department of Justice indicting e-gold for money laundering. For a lot of autosurfs, hyips and get-paid-to programs using e-gold as the sole payment processor, this could spell the end of the party for them and and for members of these programs, this is really dreadful news.

The present situation is still unclear but Autosurf Dummy feels that the best course of action would be to discontinue the use of e-gold, till we have more updates from either e-gold or the Justice Department. There could be huge losses sustained by members at the end of the day if e-gold is being forced to close down.

WASHINGTON – A federal grand jury in Washington, D.C. has indicted two companies operating a digital currency business and their owners on charges of money laundering, conspiracy, and operating an unlicensed money transmitting business, Assistant Attorney General Alice S. Fisher of the Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeffrey A. Taylor announced today.
The four-count indictment, handed down on April 24, 2007, and unsealed today, charges E‑Gold Ltd; Gold & Silver Reserve, Inc.; and their owners Dr. Douglas L. Jackson, of Satellite Beach, Fla.; Reid A. Jackson, of Melbourne, Fla.; and Barry K. Downey, of Woodbine, Md., each with one count of conspiracy to launder monetary instruments, one count of conspiracy to operate an unlicensed money transmitting business, one count of operating an unlicensed money transmitting business under federal law and one count of money transmission without a license under D.C. law.

Subsequent to the indictment, the Department of Justice also obtained a restraining order on the defendants to prevent the dissipation of assets by the defendants, and 24 seizure warrants on over 58 accounts believed to be property involved in money laundering and operation of an unlicensed money transmitting business. The restraining order does not limit the E‑Gold operation’s ability to use its existing funds to satisfy requests to exchange E-Gold into national currency for customers of non-seized accounts, or its ability to sell precious metals to accomplish the same, once approval has been received.

According to the indictment, E‑Gold’s digital currency, “E‑Gold,” functioned as an alternative payment system and was purportedly backed by stored physical gold. Persons seeking to use the E‑Gold payment system were only required to provide a valid email address to open an E‑Gold account – no other contact information was verified. Once an individual opened an E‑Gold account, he/she could fund the account using any number of exchangers, which converted national currency into E‑Gold. Once open and funded, account holders could access their accounts through the Internet and conduct anonymous transactions with other parties anywhere in the world.

The indictment alleges that E‑Gold has been a highly favored method of payment by operators of investment scams, credit card and identity fraud, and sellers of online child pornography. The indictment alleges that the defendants conducted funds transfers on behalf of their customers, knowing that the funds involved were the proceeds of unlawful activity; namely child exploitation, credit card fraud, and wire (investment) fraud; and thereby violated federal money laundering statutes. The indictment further alleges that the defendants operated the E‑Gold operation without a license in the District of Columbia or any other state, or registering with the federal government, and thereby violated federal and state money transmitting laws. The indictment alleges that this conduct occurred at various times from 1999 through December 2005.

“As alleged in the indictment, the E-Gold payment system has been a preferred means of payment for child pornography distributors, identity thieves, online scammers, and other criminals around the world to launder their illegal income anonymously,” said Assistant Attorney General Alice S. Fisher of the Criminal Division. “This indictment demonstrates that the Department of Justice, in cooperation with its law enforcement partners, will aggressively identify and prosecute those who knowingly enable and profit from transmitting the proceeds of criminal activity, online or offline.”

“Douglas Jackson and his associates operated a sophisticated and widespread international money remitting business, unsupervised and unregulated by any entity in the world, which allowed for anonymous transfers of value at a click of a mouse,” said U.S. Attorney Jeffrey A. Taylor for the District of Columbia. “Not surprisingly, criminals of every stripe gravitated to E-Gold as a place to move their money with impunity. As alleged in the indictment, the defendants in this case knowingly allowed them to do so and profited from their crimes.”

“Today's indictment is the result of a two and a half year investigation by the U.S. Secret Service Orlando Field Office into an alternative payment system which has largely operated outside of normal banking industry regulations,” said Secret Service Assistant Director for Investigations Michael Stenger. “This system has been exploited for more than 10 years by criminals who operate primarily via the Internet. Cooperation among investigators, including the IRS, the FBI and other state and local law enforcement, has enabled us to more effectively address emerging threats and evolving criminal methods, such as the use of electronic or digital currency to facilitate trafficking in illicit goods and services.”

“The advent of new electronic currency systems increases the risk that criminals, and possibly terrorists, will exploit these systems to launder money and transfer funds globally to avoid law enforcement scrutiny and circumvent banking regulations and reporting,” said Assistant Director James E. Finch, of the FBI’s Cyber Division. “The FBI will continue to work closely with the Department of Justice and our federal and international law enforcement partners to aggressively investigate and prosecute any, and all, persons or organizations that use these systems to facilitate child pornography distribution, to support organized crime, and to perpetrate financial crimes.”

“This is a new twist on laundering money through unlicensed money transmitters but it is nothing new for financial investigators,” said Eileen Mayer, Chief of IRS Criminal Investigation. “The combined investigative skills of the law enforcement partners under the St. Cloud IRS Criminal Investigation and Secret Service Task Force proved to be a brick wall for E-Gold. We are proud to bring our financial expertise to this type of investigation that ultimately unravels fraud.”

The conspiracy charge in the case relating to money transmitting carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. The federal law violation of operating an unlicensed money transmitting business carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. The D.C. Code violation for money transmission without a license carries a maximum sentence of five years. The conspiracy charge relating to money laundering carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

The case is being investigated by the U.S. Secret Service with the assistance of the IRS and the FBI. The case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section of the Criminal Division. Assistance is also being provided by the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section and the Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section of the Criminal Division.

An indictment is merely an accusation and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Agloco News Update

Oh no, not again.

The much awaited toolbar from Agloco which was to be launched in April has been extended. A lot of members are beginning to get jittery and commenting on forums that Agloco is a scam. Well, as of now, it has not taken any money from us, so it doesn't qualify as a scam yet.

It has simply not lived up to its promise. I find it amazing that it can drive so many people into a frenzy and people are filling up their downlines in the hundreds and thousands, yet the technical staff is not half as competent as the marketing side.

I have joined since it is free but i will not recommend it to anybody at this stage because some of the reasons for delays are hardly convincing to me. Below is the update and members can form their own conclusion on the viability of this program:

"I have just got word from our Shanghai based tech team with an update on the Viewbar status. Most of the QA tests are going well with the exception of the ad servers. The team is currently integrating the Viewbar with the ad servers so that the Viewbar will have ads (and revenue) ready to go when it launches (it would not make too much sense to release a Viewbar that was not making any money). So, while the Viewbar is still on track for release this month, making the April 2nd to 16th window is getting more difficult – and, yes, the Shanghai team has been working seven days a week for quite a while now and will continue to do so until the Viewbar is released.

There is some good Viewbar news for most of you. As I mentioned in my last post, we are initially releasing about 50,000 Viewbars to those Members that signed up first. Our current plan is to release another 50,000 Viewbars every day until every pre-launch Member has a Viewbar (which means all Members should have their Viewbar within the first 10 – 11 days). This should alleviate some of the fears Members have expressed that they might have to wait weeks or months for their Viewbar. We recognize that there have been delays on the front end of the release, so we are trying to tighten up the back end of the release as much as possible.

Also, as some Members have correctly pointed out, AGLOCO’s early revenue will not immediately translate into cash distributions to Members. While we do not know how large our initial revenue will be, we do know that AGLOCO has operating costs to pay. It is important to remember that AGLOCO is not a “get rich quick scheme”, and we maintain that the most prudent way to build AGLOCO as a sustainable company is to calibrate Member distributions to company earnings. As such, the cash payouts will not begin until there is a comfortable balance between AGLOCO’s free cash flow and AGLOCO’s expenses. It is important to add that all Members will begin to accumulate hours from when they first start using the Viewbar (and referral hours will also be earned). Those hours will not be wasted. Both overall hours and monthly hours will be used in determining distributions to Members.

Well that's easy Surf because of the industry we are in and Margin because in business. It's the margin thats the important indicator to how well you are going to do in any opportunity.

4.) So how long has your program started?

Well the indicator on the front page of my site says we have been open for business for 63 days. Actually we have been running for a few weeks longer than that as we tore the script apart to make it work the way we wanted it to work.

5.) What type of payment processors do you accept and do you plan to accept more payment processors in the future?

Well up until just recently we only accepted E-Gold but a few days ago we also put AlertPay on the site and so far we have had only one upgrade using that proccessor but it's early days yet.

6.) How confident are you with your site security level?

Well I'm a bit parranoid about security which is one of the reasons we had script problems in the initial start up period. I encrypted the data and unfortunately it screwed the script up a little bit but we've got that resolved now and the encryption is active and working correctly. I also have Commodo Security Services every day scanning for weaknesses and I need to get their badge on my front page but I have been so engrossed in putting all the Flash Intros on-line that I didn't get round to it....It will be done today!

7.) What are your plans for the future and how long do you think you will stay online?

That's a damn good question! I want to make this site the most outstanding, unique and exciting site in the industry. We are already different in that we offer Real Cash Bonuses for our upgraded members to click on AFTER they have obtained their daily percentage. The cash bonuses are on a random page between pages 11 and 29. The link is Bold so no one should miss it but if you do then all you miss is that days bonus because it will be there again the next day. Those two things alone make us unique but I'm not happy with just being different I want to be the Best! The object of the Flash Intros is not really to entertain, although one of them is really funny, the real reason behind the Intros is purely a marketing one. It gets people talking about our site. Word of mouth advertising is the most powerful marketing there is and if it entertains as well....That's also a bonus.

Plans for the future? Well I've already stated that we want to be the best there is but don't misunderstand I'm not just talking about eye-candy! To be the best you have to live up to members expectations and those expectations in this business are surprisingly simple. Be honest, pay on time and if there are any individual problems....Deal with them quickly and respectfully. Basic stuff really. I've run three businesses in my lifetime and all have been successful. 9.) Can you explain on how you calculate the ROI of your plan?

The ROI is based upon the previous days upgrades. 140% is paid to the members on a variable daily percentage rate that NEVER falls below 5% but can fluctuate upwards to a maximum of 15% until the members total reaches the target of 140%. With earlier Profit-Share sites the daily percentage was allowed to go into free-fall. That led to a crazy situation where members could get upwards of 80% one day and less than 1% a few days later. Any unfortunate who upgraded during the downward trend could wait for years befor getting paid out and by then the site was gone anyway.

Our plan is Unique ( I love that word) in that not only do we pay a daily percentage that is guaranteed not to fall below 5% but in order to help members reach their target 140% we pay real cash bonuses every day for surfing extra pages. We are after all an advertising site. So encouragement to view additional sites is to my mind a good idea. What better encouragement than to pay a bonus that will get the member to his payout that much quicker?

10.) Do you have a physical office/address for your program/company?

Yes. My house in St Louis, but since I have published that I have been inundated with rubbish mail and all sorts of telephone calls. So it means that I am about to make the site annomymous in terms of physical address. 11.) How many percentage of the funds received from investor will go to admin, staff profit?

As stated on the front page of Surfmargin: 8% goes to a separate reserve to fund commission payment and 7% goes towards admin. However I have never needed to use the admin fund other than to pay for software relative to the site.

12.) Lastly in less than 50 words, briefly describe what can your program give to your investors?

I used to be a surfer myself. I have lost and gained in this market! My frustration was the lies and deciet prevalent in the industry. The industry is here, now, because there is a need and the world is changing, everyone wants to work from home and have a better life. The latest update from Dustin regarding their refund process.

Some members had their cashout request denied for not following the correct procedures. As Dustin has provided a step by step process to receive the payment, the remaining members who were declined should do as such and wait to see if Dustin is just stalling for time or that he just wants to get the admin stuff right.

Autosurf Dummy believes that reputation is far more important for Dustin as he may want to make a comeback in the near future so the refund process should be relatively smooth..

Debs and I have completed answering all emails and support tickets that were submitted while we were gone.

1060 members requested a cashout. 937 members completed their request correctly and will be paid on Friday, March 30th.

123 members had their cashout request denied for one of the following reasons:

- 45 members requested a cashout AFTER 11:59:59 PM March 23rd (server time)

Per updates sent out, cashouts will only be paid to CEPtrust and all cashout requests needed to be made by 11:59:59PM server time Friday, March 23rd. What an incredible feat...

Finding 43K all of a sudden, is this false hope or what, especially after John declaring that he is almost down to his last dollar and he has personally forked out $5000 of his own money for refunds.

There are doubts as to how anyone can be so careless to miss out how much money one has but we cannot label him as a scammer just yet.

Members can wait for a few more days to see how things develop but very likely, our good friend John is just buying time and gaining some goodwill in the process.

Who knows, he may just announce another new site soon.

I have joined this program with a test spend after seeing it being promoted in a few forums and was thinking of putting more money in but with the recent fallouts from DSM, i have not increased my investment here.

4NM merges with CEP

4NewbiesMarketing is merging with CEP and i guess members can't really complain about this annoucement. This is one way the programs can last longer. With the collapse of DSM, 4NM was actually a prime suspect to follow suit and leave members with a double whammy.

As of now, cashout is every fortnight and there is no more compounding or daily cashouts. If that is what it takes to prolong and stabilise the program, i think it is the lesser of two evils as compared to the program closing down without paying members.

There are lingering doubts over the legality of CEP Trust Payment Processor. Definitely, there are advantages for members (greater accountablilty and transparency) when we know that a payment processor has been registered and is licensed to operate.

But i guess in this line of business, legality is not something which can be established easily. The main business (autosurfs) is in itself illegal in the eyes of the law and everything associated with it will also not be recognised as legal entities. Hence, having a licensed payment processor (and running an autosurf at the same time) is next to futile as we cannot expect it to be around when the surf sites are all closed down and owing members money.

This industry is not ready for regulation from the authorities just yet as there is no stable or sustainable source of income which can be proven. The ad packs purchases make them look like viable businesses but at the end of the day, they are still cleverly disguised ponzis. If we want to be in this industry, then we cannot expect to have the best of both worlds, not yet at least.

I have some more exciting news to share with you all. I have been in talks with CEP regarding a possible merger between 4Newbies Marketing and CEP, and I am glad to be able to say it is here. Having the financial stability that CEP brings to the table is vital for my long term plans for 4Newbies Marketing.

As of the mailing of this email there will be some changes that will need to take effect in order to move everything under the CEP umbrella.

I will still remain as your trusted Administrator. The current advertiser we have will be placed on hold until the merger is complete.

I have seen this ebook advertised on most major forums and i finallly splurged on it after making quite a bit of money last month. Over the weekend, I managed to read this ebook in one sitting. Not surprising as the book is fairly easy to read and the authors have paced the contents nicely.

Having read more than a few internet money making guides, i feel this is quite a comprehensive book. For $67.00 you can get a 77 page e-book that will teach you dozens of ways to earn money quite easily online, in addition you get access to the BecomeHated.com support forum where you can get all your daily money making questions answered from the 7 guys who put the e-book together. They have answered several of my questions so far and i would say the customer support is above par standard.

In this ebook, you will find it goes into great detail for each category and really gives advice that most people would never come to think about.

Lesson From The Demise Of DesertSkyMarketing

The fact that DSM has suffered an early failure illustrate a very clear point.. Herd instinct can make or break a program.

The program never recovered when the daily percentage dropped from 10% to 9.43%, a mere 0.57% drop which could be cyclical instead of a structural weakness. Cyclical in the sense that there could be more withdrawals than ad purchases for that day and will more than likely to pick up in the next few days.

But alas, members have been so tuned in to red flags that they rush for the exits at the first sign of weakness. But we can't really blame the members as they have suffered so many times in the past.

The recent frenzy over share programs can be a good or bad thing. It allows members to gauge the strength of a program and make their judgments whether to invest more or withdraw but it can also result in premature collapse of a very good program, as in the case of DSM.

For the conventional fixed rate program, members are oblivious to the state of the program and the end result is fully controlled by the admin. Members can only tell that the program is in trouble when payments slowed or the site is taken down.

Should the success of a program be determined by members or by an admin? That is the key question but personally, Autosurf Dummy would still prefer share model programs as the rates fluctuate based on the incoming source of revenue and can give members advance warning if the program is in trouble.

Hopefully members can be wiser after this unfortunate event and learnt that you need to be calm and steady when playing this game. Use some rational thinking and don't follow the crowd all the time. Play only with your spare cash, otherwise you should not be in this industry at all.

As you know, I’m always open with my members about the status of DesertSky Marketing. There has been a mass exodus from DesertSky Marketing ever since the daily percentage dropped from 10% to 9.43%. You can see from the statistics page the daily advertising sales have plummeted. The figures for today are on track to be less than half of what it was yesterday.

Obviously, the majority of the members do not want DSM to continue. This really is such a shame. DSM created a program that would have been able to sustain 5-6%, but the majority of the members did not want to support it when the percentage started to drop.

DSM does have real outside income and a sufficient reserve fund. We are going to continue with our master plan and move forward with a private, invitation only program. The members who are invited and choose to participate will enjoy the benefits of DSM’s master plan.

Since it is apparent that the majority of the members do not want to participate in DSM as we know it today, I have decided to close DSM. I’m disheartened and disappointed that it has come to this. We do have an exit strategy where no member will lose money! Over the next week, we will have our programmer create an audit script to figure the amount due for each member.

DSM will compute refunds in the following way:
- Total real cash upgrades (upgrades from AlertPay, Egold, or CEPtrust) minus total paid cashouts = refund amount due
- If you are already in profit, you will not receive any more funds from DSM
- Members who continued to support DSM by upgrading after the percentage dropped will receive a 10% bonus along with their refund
- Members who continued to support DSM by upgrading after the percentage dropped will receive their refunds first
- All other refunds will be paid in member ID order, from lowest member ID number to highest member ID number

I’ve turned upgrades off as well as disabled the cashout button. I’ve also stopped processing cashout requests until we complete the account audits. As soon as the audit is completed, we will post a page on our site that shows the member number, and the refund amount you will be receiving.

The list will be in the order in which the members will be paid. DSM will then immediately begin making payments. Payments will be made each business day until all members are refunded.

— How did we get to this point? Several factors came into play that brought us to this point: —

- Referral commissions was one. A good handful of members upgraded with minimum upgrades and built a huge downline. They didn’t support the program they were recommending to their downline. Most not even surfing, but managed to login every day to withdraw their referral commissions. We have new code that will correct this referral commission issue. This new code will be passed to the companies that lease the DSM script.

- Once we reduced the referral commissions to correct the abuse, these same members who gained so much, started moving their downline to other programs. Not because DSM was a bad program, but because they could no longer milk the system and fill their own pockets.

- Once the daily percentage fell below the max of 10% (which we all knew it would eventually do), the majority of the members bailed. This is evident by looking at the program statistics. This is an unfortunate event because of so many programs burning members in the past. The community, as a whole, is not willing to stand by an honest program. Because of so many past programs that have scammed and/or failed, members jump at the slightest challenge. This is not so much a member problem, but it is an industry problem.

— What can you do in the future? —

- Support programs that are run by honest admins. Not just when the daily percentage is high.
- Pull your profit out along the way. This way when the daily percentage drops a bit, you will not be in a panic and withdraw all your funds, thus making the percentage drop even more.
- Sign up under the program link, not some referral whore. This benefits the majority more than a select few. Does your upline recommend a program because it is a good program, or do they recommend the program to make a killing off of your work? Do they upgrade as much as they encourage you to?
- Realize what a good percentage is; 2% per day is an awesome return, even 1% per day is better than you can find in any bank.

Please understand the business model did NOT fail. The business model is a solid one, especially with real outside income. However, a key component is sales. If sales drop to near nothing, then there will be near nothing to “share” with the members. This is what happened with DSM, and rather than let it die a slow, long death, we are going to stop the bleeding and make everyone whole.

I encourage you to support 4newbiesMarketing, Lucreshares, and a couple more that will be coming online very soon. These programs do have real outside income. If their daily percentage drops from the max, don’t bail on them. Realize what a realistic daily percentage is and continue to work the program to make a reasonable monthly profit.

I don't know how many members can trust Terry Kurtis when he says that he is concerned about members' payouts. Anyway here is his latest update and if what he says is true, in a week or so, members can expect a full refund, except for TriStar users.

The icing on the cake here is that he will be launching another 2 new sites. Well, all i can say is that you have to exercise caution and at least make sure that your refund is forthcoming before committing more money to his programs.

I wanted to get this small update out to you tonight, as I know all of you are waiting for some news, whatever it might be. I also want to apologize for the wait, but I have been waiting on others on my end, for answers that seem to be taking longer then I thought would take.

In this update, I will just focus on PTSPayPro.com and what my plans are for the site, and its future.

As many know, payouts are long overdue and this is starting to become a problem for everyone, including myself. With this type of ROI, and at the rate that it is set, there is no room for error or delay as the balances just keep climbing. With this in mind, and as you all know there was a delay on my end as to starting to generate a profit, taking three weeks after the re-launch, so this has caused the program to go off track and fall behind in payouts. So, for the members sake and the program's health, and after a long review, I have decided to move forward with the following solution.

1. I have ask Leon to give me a list of all member's upgrades that are owing without profit ( members not in profit ) and he has, so that I can start to refund the principal amount to you as soon as the generated profits from the reserve are in. These refunds should start within a weeks time or sooner and will be paid back as to the earliest dates the member upgraded. What this will ensure, is that all upgraded members of PTSPayPro, excluding the Tri-Star upgrades, will be fully refunded their original upgraded funds and I will further generate a profit to pay down the owing profit to the members.

2. All member's account cash balances will be set to zero, so that if you want to upgrade again at the new ROI, there will not be a problem in your earned calculations. Your history settings will still be there for you to see what is going on. As for the referral commissions, I am still working on a solution for this due to the refunds and the Tri-Star event.

3. With regards to the ROI, I have decided for the next 30 to 60 days that the new ROI will be set at 5% for 25 Days, equaling 125% with a payout in 5 days. The site will remain an Auto surf and based on the upgrade amount, so you are not required to surf daily to earn your return. The reason for the lower ROI is that this will give me time to get caught up, restructure the site and the investments behind it. Once Leon has finished the new programming in the database and cleaned up what needs to be done, we will reopen. I believe this will only take a day or so, so the site should be reopen soon. We will send out an email to all members advising of the reopening as soon as it is in effect.

Now, for some of you I know you are going to be upset, but I really need to get this site back on track and as soon as I can. It is very difficult to continue on a daily bases in a negative position, and I am not one to take risks and this deepening position was starting to push me in that direction and I am not going there. I will work as best as I can to get these refunds back to the owing members in a timely manner and then once they are paid back, I will start on paying the profit as best I can and as fast as I can. In the coming days, we have two new sites that will be launched. These sites have been in the works for awhile now, but due to payment processor integration problems, they have been delayed. Final Judgment of XLO

The much loved XLO has finally been sent to the gutters. Bob, depicted as the white knight when he purchased XLO and promised to reinstate its paying status has found that XLO is not viable and in very bad shape. Below is his update:

Dear Members,

I would like to address the situation with XLO surf which we purchased several weeks ago. We spent some time going through the database and examining how bad the damage really was and have discovered XLO to be in worse shape than what was originally portrayed to us by the admin “Andy”.

This has been very disheartening to us, We were very excited about the purchase of XLO and the opportunity to add this site to our network, but after careful review of the database it does not look very promising at this time.

We are not going to just give up, We will find a way to make this happen so the members of XLO can get there funds back and join us at Tri-Star Media in success and a bright future. Please remain patient as we continue to devise a plan to make this work. I will update you all after I have had some time to work the numbers.

Andy has rebutted the announcement and apparently, XLO is still very much in his mind and he is fiercely protective of something he has built over the past nine months. He is upset by the comments that the product he has sold was flawed but then Andy should have heeded many members' comments then that selling XLO to Bob was no solution and definitely not in members' interest.

Well, no point crying over spilt milk now. Here is Andy's rebuttal:

If there is something wrong with the database then it should be publicly stated exactly what that is - cos I sure as hell didn't have any problems with it.

Bob ststed that he would take care of all XLO mmbers. Bob agreed that the XLO site woiuld be run as is - a low ROI site.

If members are forced into a 50/50 program - then - that is bob's right(??) to do that. While I may not agree with it - the program is his to do with what he will.

What I do not condone, nor accept, is that XLO was in a broken state and that Bob had to fix it. That is an outright lie. (Let's call a spade a spade) The analogy is a car - Bob was sold a fulling working car - all he was required to do was add fuel. If he chooses not to do that - that is his option. It does not mean that the car was in bad shape.

I think it is ver very sad that Bob has resorted to the methods he has - there was no reason for him to do so. He has other options other than making things up.

Autosurf Dummy has a nagging suspicion that Bob has actually purchased XLO to get his hands on the database rather than an interest to rescue the program. But whatever the motive, Andy is as much in the wrong as Bob for selling out.

In a harsh way, Bob actually did the right thing by discarding XLO to protect his own surfs but he should have admitted it in a straightforward manner and not pin the blame on Andy's database. The way he announced it was disappointing.

Anyway, there is no need to push the blame either way as most members should already be prepared for the worst already. Andy has tried his best for his members even if he made a wrong and unpopular decision towards the end.

Manic Ads to Ads Mania

Days after Manic Ads has announced its closure, the admin, Mike, decided to start another one, Ads Mania.

This turnabout is too much for even the most avid supporter to take, even as Mike has made good on his promise to refund most, if not all members.

He now has a partner to help him run the daily affairs and in a way, this may relieve his workload as he has expressed his difficulty of staying on top of things when he is both the programmer and the admin.

There are some changes to the payment processors and no surprise that egold is now excluded as it was part of the reason for the downfall of Manic Ads. Mike's processor choices are currently Tri Star Money Changers, Alert Pay, STPay, and 1mdc. (The last two are to be added in March.) Autosurf Dummy still has faith in e-gold as a very stable payment processor but undeniably there is a severe weakness when a single person can block the account without offerring any substantial evidence of misdeed.

It is puzzling that Mike would choose to start another surf so soon after his efforts in Manic Ads have turned to nought. But as yet, nobody can label him a scammer as he has not pocketed any of members' funds. Could he be planning something bigger, to lay a deeper trap for members, so to speak?

There are also questions over the legality of TSMC as a payement processor but nevertheless, the stable of surf programs in Tri-Star have been paying for a while and to that part, many members are happy. That makes Bob the most successful admin to date.

It is indeed a tough call to say whether Ads Mania can last or whether Mike will refund the second time round if it collapse. With a new partner, with e-gold out of the way and with Mike having more experience after his short trial with Manic Ads, could Ads Mania be the next industry leader after 15HitsDaily?

Autosurf Dummy would like to give Mike the benefit of the doubt but will not be in a rush to put in any money just yet.

An update from Mark Wohlers at My Cowboy Surf. This was a pretty good site but it has been sacrificed in the place of an even hotter program right now, Computer-Traffic.com. Below is his release:

I have had to make a difficult decision. Most of you know I have recently started a second surf site . I had no way of knowing how it would explode. It is going to be huge. As a result my original plan to run both sites with my son has been drastically changed.

Running two sites is just not going to be a possibilty once I bring the new store online. My son and i will be stretched thin trying to maintain customer support as well as handle all the daily details involved in running a site of this nature.

I hope you can understand this decision did not come lightly. I sought the advice of people who have been involved in this industry for a long time. It just doesnt make sense to keep two sites running with similar terms. I’ve decided that with the sudden popularity of Computer-Traffic.com that MyCowboySurf would have to be the sacrificial lamb.

This is not something I had planned on so this is somewhat hard for me to do. MCS has been our baby, and it has been on the road to recovery for some time. Unfortunately, it never achieved the success I had hoped for. Be that as it may, I have enjoyed the experience.

You welcomed me in when I took over and never made me feel as if I was an outsider. All you asked me to do was the job you hired me to do. Pay you and pay you on time. I think I’ve succeeded on that count.

By now I’m sure you are wondering about getting paid. Not to worry. This site will not close until every upgrade currently running has been paid in full. Once your upgrade expires, you will be paid on the following billing cycle and your account deleted. Once all accounts are deleted, the site will close and the domain be put up for sale.

This site will not be sold to anyone that does not give me a good business plan and a phone number i can reach them at. I will at least protect the domain as best I can. They will need to verify who they are. If you are looking to scam, then this site is not for sale to you.

I wish i could tell you that this didnt have to happen. The membership is small but very good quality. theres not a single member that has given me any trouble. We worked together toward a common goal. We didnt get a lot of publicity but thats ok. We were like a family almost. All cureent members who have not joined CT are invited to do so now.

The membership is still under 200 and will top off at least temporarily at 400. You will be given the same care you have grown accustomed to here. That is my personal promise. I love you guys. Youve given me a purpose. Once the doors are closed it will be a very hard thing to remove that last file but we will move on to bigger and better things.

Let me reiterate my promise to you. We will not close until every upgrade is paid. that means, you should continue to surf and earn your daily money. It will be paid, and paid on time. I wish all surfsites could close with that promise. I’m just very glad we could. Thank you so much.

Lots of questions are being asked. The biggest is "why is the upgrade module still active?" Quite simply put…the way our script has been modified…if i remove the processor information then it will remove all of your upgrade history…we cant have that.

We have not and are not asking anybody to upgrade at this time. We have noticed a script bug. The pendings from December no longer show in our cashout manager. We will be working to place those back in your cash balance so that when we do get back on track you can re-request.

No comments for Tri-Star Corporation allowed and no forums allowed to document information about Tri-Star because they are spreading rumors. We are told that members can now get the best and most accurate information only at SSM.

What is surprising is that STO has to make way for SSM despite its moderate success in fostering a community. It also appears that Bob's moderators like Brookie and Wise-Owl are now sidelined too.

The latest developments suit Autosurf Dummy just fine. It would be interesting to gauge the performance of Tri-Star without the support of other forums and monitors. One thing is for sure though, SSM will benefit and grow into the next ASA with this move.

It seems that the saga involving Jake has just died down and good ole Bob has already come up with new storylines. The intrigue continues and the latest from Bob after his banning of members' discussion and promotion of his programs in forums, is that he is moving towards privatisation. He has also aligned himself with Todd Heaps, admin of SurfSiteMonitor.

Why choose SSM out of all the other forums? Is SSM more unbiased than ASA or was this meant as a further snub at ASA bearing in mind that Todd was a former admin of ASA? Has Tri-Star grown so big that it no longer needs to depend on promotions in forums to drum up support? What about existing moderators who have worked so hard for him? Members get warned for posting their referral links but isn't getting referrals the name of the game here?

These are very puzzling questions and it still remains to be seen what impact these recent measures will bore on Tri-Star and the members. Below is the update from Bob:

Today, as mentioned earlier, we will take our organization private.
I would also like to take this time to announce an addition to the Tri-Star family. There has been a lot of misinformation floating around out there, so I have decided to take action to avoid this in the future.
Effective immediately, Todd Heaps will be the Tri-Star Media Public Relations Officer. All information will flow through him and his SurfSiteMonitor portal. Information through any other source is not sanctioned by Tri-Star Media. I trust Todd and the staff at SSM implicitly. Wolfunds has been around since last year and has got itself a respectable membership base. It looks as though it has the stamina to go into 2007 as the leading HYIP. Unfortunately, hacker attacks have worn the admin, Wolfie down and it seems that the program may not pull through...

Below is the update:

Site has had its balls hacked off - I could not stop it - IP of the hacker ( or at least the IP used) 212.138.64.177 clown did not even change the egold from the one he signed up with - uses various IP's in the range 212.138.64.*** and has also logged in via 212.107.116.246, all point to Saudi Arabia.

I had to pull the site

This morning i transferred $500 through into the outgoing account Iamawinner got 50 and the hacker got the rest, I pulled it off that server immediately, changed every password and re loaded up a fresh package, today i was mailbombed for the third day in a row with over 25,000 emails probably to disguise they were trying to hack in again, tonight they managed to hack in and change the egold number - did not do any good but the fact they succeeded was the final straw.

I am putting my main business and servers at risk with this shite and it has to stop now.

I will sort out refunds for you you guys,. but thats it I am out of this fucken industry forever - this has cost me dearly in time and money, unfortunately in this case cattycrew have won.

I am taking a day off to clear my head before wading into the database.

The hacker changed the email outgoing address, I did not realise it until the messages went out.

I wont answer anything else here just now but I will sort something out - I am just not going to put myself in this position day in day out for nothing

Instead of closing down the site for a few hours each month for auditing. I have written several scripts using cpa accounting logic. During the course of writing this script I accidentally created an individual self-audit script.

ASA Jake steps down

The recent chain of events have left Autosurf Dummy breathless...

It all started when Terry Kurtis, owner of PTSPayPro requested for a withdrawal of $69500 from TSMC. Bob was reluctant to make the payment but what was baffling was how ASA Jake took up the issue with Terry. Here is a skype conversation between them.

For close to eight hours, we see the drama unfold before us. Juicy details were thrashed out like how Jake was a partner of Tri Star and Will, the admin of 24dp was also involved in the fracas. It was also a huge surprise to see the choice words and threats from Jake which were unbecoming of the moderate image the members have come to know of him.

Then a few hours after the skype transcript came out, Bob Krimm also got into the act by throwing a spanner into the works. He announced that he will have nothing more to do with ASA as Jake's announcement of being part owner of Tri Star was absolutely untrue and has hurt his business. He ordered his moderators and supporters to stop posting in ASA's forum with immediate effect.

No, unfortunately, the story doesn't end here. ASA forum was down for a few hours (for a while, Autosurf Dummy thought it was closed after this scandal). This adds to the confusion as many people were hoping to seek more information from the forum and hearing Jake's side of the story. There was some speculation that Wil might have hacked the forum but there was no verifiable evidence.

Anyway, the dust settled and the forum came back up but the bombshell was delivered when Jake made the grand announcement of his withdrawal from ASA. Below is the email.

To All the ASA Members,

It is with a heavy heart that I write this final mass email. I want to do what I feel is in the best interest for all of the members at ASA. With that in mind I have decided to take a rest from this industry for a while. I have decided to pass the ASA Torch onto Butch.

He will now be the administrator and operator of ASA. Please show your support for Butch and help him keep ASA as the Number One monitoring site.

I also want to express that my actions were solely in the interests of the members of ASA who were investing their money into PTS Pay Pro. Autosurf Dummy has got a feeling that Jake is still very much in the picture, only that he moved behind the screen. Surf Bloodhound has a pretty interesting analysis on the whole affair and he felt that Jake has been less than honest in the skype and email.

With this massive reshuffle at ASA, the story has drawn to a close and there is only one winner, Bob Krimm who played his cards well. Jake lost badly and suffered considerable damage to his image while Terry is now more or less confirmed as a scammer whose intention of withdrawing the money is apparent.

New ownership of XLO

XLO has been sold to Tri Star and this is the end of the fairy tale for lots of its members.

The writing has been on the wall for a while since the troubles started at TFT and it is next to impossible that XLO could operate independently. Privately, many members have already resigned to the fact that their favorite surf is gone, so the shock and disappointment has sort of worn off by now.

What is puzzling here is the fascination of Bob to pick up the pieces in autosurfs which had failed. He tried with 13dailypro but the owner, Bo, was not interested in his offer.

Now, with XLO, he made a second attempt and well, he succeeded. Question is why does he carry the burden and not start on a clean slate with a new autosurf? There are pending payments in XLO to be made and the bank is empty, it could very well jeopardise the entire stable of surfs in 3 star corporation.

Autosurf Dummy believes the money is in the list. In the case of 13dailypro and XLO, they have a large member base and the wealth of personal information that can be gleaned could be worth a fortune if and when Bob decides to call it a day. That will be his bonus (the icing on the cake) on top of the millions he would have already pocketed.

Andy has already done his part and if members want to carry on with XLO under the new ownership, they would have to be very cautious about pumping in more money.

Looks like Bob Krimm is a busy man of late.

Nothing could be better at this moment as his competitors have dropped off one by one from the radar screen and he is the last man standing, so to speak.

Could this period of high growth be the surface gloss over secret operations happening behind the scene? By sniffing around the little signs along the way, Autosurf Dummy is convinced that 15HitsDaily may fold up soon.

The same members who are cheering for Bob and his corporation (viewing him as the savior of the industry) will be the ones who will cry the loudest when the party is over.

Like in the case of AlertPayPro, who at its peak, has a wide membership base due to its excellent payment records, open communication and close relationship with its members. Not to forget ASA Jake's strong support.

What happen when the program turns out to be scam? Members then realise that Rob Ross is a scum and is dishonest. They bayed for Rob's blood and some proceeded with legal actions but it is all too late by then.

XLO placed in "holiday" mode

Our trusted admin, Andy, has decided to put XLO into "holiday mode". Oh, shucks, most of us just came back from holidays and are raring to go. Yet, here you are giving us more holidays, an entire month...

No, seriously, Andy, we are not in the mood for that.

The way Autosurf Dummy looks at it, XLO is in the gutters now. I don't like to say it but i can't lie to myself. From past records, this is a clear indication that XLO has been affected from the collapse of TFT. We can keep on stressing the fact that both programs are separate but at the end of day, we are simply consoling ourselves. Investor confidence is so very important and if one fails, the other will not be spared.

To be fair, we have seen XLO start off a year back and to last so long is an achievement in itself. It is testament to Andy's ability to run an autosurf site. He is competent and honest, wonder if you can still call him that after today.

Nevertheless, it has been good while it last, so guys, if there are refunds, take it, if the program come back stronger than before, rejoice, but if the program shuts down, move on and do not cry over it...

I have taken the decision to put XLO into holiday mode for the remainder of the month of January 2007.

This decision is not taken lightly - but is a neccessary one to ensure the long term viability of XLO and also TFT.

As you would probably be aware - the closure of TFT has been a major issue and I am working to find solutions for that.

XLO is the other program we have - and this is completely separate from TFT. However both programs are my responsibility and to be fair to everyone the pressures right now mean that I am not devoting the best that you deserve to either.

The time off from XLO will give me the much needed time to focus solely on TFT and find solutions.

I will- of course - be in the forum daily- you can be sure that we are not going anywhere.

I am certain that this announcement will cause a wave of concern - but there is - in all reality- no cause for panic or worry.

The investor then enters 3 types of orders with his broker: a limit order for initiating the trade, a stop loss order to limit risk and a profit objective.

The second Forex Trading Machine method is called the Forex Runner and is set up more for day traders. Again, completely mechanical and emotion-free. This system lets you trade whenever you have time and allows for small stop losses with large profit objectives and winning trades.

Just choose the timeframe you want to trade in. Then decide on the currency pairs you want to trade. Use Forex Runner to identify a trade, after which you simply enter a buy or sell order. At the same time, enter a stop loss order and a profit objective order. Lastly, wait for results.

The final method that is taught in Forex Trading Machine is the Forex Flip & Go strategy. This method identifies characteristics within certain currency pairs that commonly appear in their trading cycles and aims to exploit them. Again, this strategy is aimed more at day trading.

Let's do a quick recap on the "winners" of 2006. Don't get me wrong. I really admire these bunch of characters.

These are the industry leaders and no doubt all have a nice year in 2006. Put together, these people have scammed millions of dollars (it is staggering...). Some of them may already be gearing up for the new year with even 'better' programs. Stay tuned.

Autosurf Dummy will like to congratulate them on joining the millionaires' club. Dunno if their conscience are gnawing at them knowing that most of these money are cheated off from honest and hardworking people. Some of whom have borrowed from family and friends or mortgaged their houses to chase a dream; ie. to have a better life and and escape from the rat race.

Howdy, it is a new year guys!!

Have you achieve what you set out to do in the past year? It is good to plan for your success but if you did not achieve anything, don't be too harsh on yourself. Try to reach for the sky again this year.

Learn from your past mistakes and persevere in what you are doing. Success is usually just around the corner of spectacular failures.

So, what are the resolutions for this year?

Is it to achieve financial freedom, to slim down, to have more time for ourselves, to settle down, to start a business, to climb the corporate ladder, to .....

If you are in the autosurf or HYIP scene, this year would not have been a bed of roses (except for admins of these programs).

Autosurf Dummy do not advise anybody to make a full time living here for the new year, unless you are rich in the first place. If you are down and out and you decided to get a huge loan to make it in this industry, you are in for a rude shock.

That is not to say that you cannot play the game. The huge paychecks some people are collecting are real and if you got in the right one, it is not such a big deal to see your investment balloon in size. However you can't always pick the winners. The fact is there are more losers than winners and the leader today may collapse tomorrow, faster than you can say Jack Robinson.

So you may be making money in one program but losing in another two or three. There goes your money, time to inject fresh funds and the whole cycle starts again.

It would be good if you do yourself a favour and create a simple portfolio. At the end of the day, go through your profits and losses. You will see that you can't make it here.

There are a select few who are opportunistic and make a killing at the right time and place but even they make wrong judgments too and the admins are always the winners.

Moral of the story is to play with spare cash. Money you can afford to lose. An advice which has been beaten to death but still an apt one to repeat for the new year.

Demise of The Finer Things - Xlentxtra

This is proving to be a very daunting month for surfers out there. Could the demise of TFT be the last straw that breaks the camel's back?

I am not trying to be cynical, but private placement is somewhat of a taboo in this industry, especially if a program is facing cash-flow problems.

Andy has been a good admin thus far and has always conducted his business in a honest and efficient manner. In fact he is one of my all-time favorite. So has Dave in the days of DadandDaves. However, we all know the outcome in this industry and it is something which we have to live with if we want to play the game.

Autosurf Dummy do not think it is wise to place more money into the program just yet lest investors get hurt more than they have already been. However, that is not saying that this program is dead in the water. With Andy's experience and goodwill, the program may just see the light at the end of the tunnel and investors should stay calm and wait till Jan 31 for the final judgment.

There is going to be a twofold change to TFT.

We have had a few problems with the earning vehicles used for TFT. My sense of why is connected to the recent actions of e-gold and a perceived dropping of confidence in them. Comments by many that e-gold was going to close has added to the general decline. While this is not my position - the way that we used to generate returns has been steadily dropping. Looking for the right alternatives is a daily process.

Steadily dropping returns has meant that some incoming were used to pay existing obligations.

The decline started early December and accelerated throughout the month. This has caused a cash flow issue .

Within the HYIP arena there are such things as private placements - they tend to be "those things you hear about but never actually eventuate." My reading and research has shown them to be real - but previous to now I have not been able to access one directly.

This has changed over the last little while.

The reality part is that I cannot say a whole lot about it but I can assure you and reassure you that I have done my homework.

This opportunity (high risk though it is) is one that I plan to capitalize on.

The downside - the placement fees are high - we are talking serious money here.

So after much discussion here is what I am going to do.

All available TFT funds are to be diverted to this opportunity. This amount still does not meet the minimum required so the following will happen.

Payouts will stop - for the course of the trade.

TFT incoming spends will go to the placement.

TFT will close on 3 January (1 week)

ALL spends (all existing/outstanding ones + all new ones) will be paid in full as of January 31.

To be clear - no more TFT payouts till Jan 31 then EVERYONE gets paid.

Additionally a place in the forum will be set up for those who wish to participate more directly in the placement. Access to that is going to be at my discretion. I cannot empahise enough that this is a private offer. I cannot and will not dicuss publicly.

Participation will be via e-gold - that doesn't change.

Maximum amount to invest is under review.

One more thing - once the amount needed to participate is reached all offers will be closed. We will not accept more than we need. Period.

Now this is not a "going private" thing. It is an opportunity to pool funds to participate in a private arrangement.

I also know (extremely well) that this is going to cause some discussion dissention crtiticism etc. I accept that - just as - on opening the program I accepted the responsibility to generate the returns to you in the most efficient manner possible.

To head off queries -the most obvious being could TFT continue - based on the current (right now) trend - No. Could we trade out? I was and am going to try - and this is the option I have decided upon.

Are refunds available - No they aren't.

I had previously stated that if and when TFT closed everyone would be happy. This closure is sooner than I thought - but I am adjusting to the circumstance.

It is my real belief that although the delay of payout until 30 days may cause some (a lot?) of pain for some, the fact that the program will payout every member in entirety is a plus.

Now the other thing I need to mention. I reckon you have heard this spiel before - I think I have heard things along similar lines. Why should you believe me? To answer that I can only say that I am going into this trade openly and will keep people posted along the way as to progress. I am not closing the forum - nor XLO (which is it's own distinct program). I am working to provide each and every one of you the return you were after - circumstance has dictated that this will take longer than originally thought.

In closing - I take full responsibility for this decision. I understand that is not going to be popular to all - but it is my thought out and considered opinion that it is the best option for everyone.

But we have quickly learnt in this industry that trust do not go a long way.

Autosurf Dummy thinks that the success of 15 Hits Daily or even the entire Tri-Star Media is about to grind to a halt.

The payment processor saga (TSMC not having a license) is not by itself a critical event even if it cast doubts about the authenticity of Bob's corporation.

Nobody doubts the effort Bob has put in so far or his excellent payout records which puts him among the industry's elite, if not the best. But then, Bob getting defensive and coming out to slam bloggers and monitoring sites gets on people's nerves.

It is still early days to comment on his decision to move TSMC to Canada, whether it is to avoid 'red tapes' in the US or a preparatory move to siphon the funds is uncertain.

Investors will be well-advised to sit on the fence with their money safely in their account at this point of time though...

I have witnessed, Monitors Bloggers and every so called expert in this industry, Promote and endorse every single site I have mentioned and more. These sites which I list have been hailed and praised for being the best thing since sliced bread. BUT! some of the so called experts out there have taken a stand against certain sites and have actually caused the demise of these sites and thus, you the members have lost a lot of money, If everyone would come to realize that the Bloggers and so called monitors are not professional business men and woman. They are normal average people, such as school teachers and factory workers and truck drivers. They are average people that seem to have dooped themselves into believing they are the authority and you should hang on every word they say.

I feel sorry for you, I really do. Most of the are just referral dogs looking to benefit from your losses. They get you as a referral, then they pull there money out and just use your money to invest in these programs so they don’t lose a dime. I can only stand here and defend myself for so long. Even I get tired and weary, I’m just 1 guy trying to help a lot of people make a few extra bucks and in the process hopefully provide a decent living for my family.

I have obeyed every law and retained every possible business entity I could to help make us a legitimate business. But for some reason, and, again I have no clue as to what people have against me! But, there are more attacks coming from the bloggers and alike. I have named several sites that have come and gone like a snowball in hell! But yet who is the one still standing and stronger than we have ever been? Who is the one that has continued to grow and face our challenges head on? Who is the one that continues to be bashed at every turn and called “Satan Krimm or Pathetic Bob? And yet, Tri-Star Media is still standing! And we are still growing! We are still the most profitable business in the auto surf world! And yet, The attacks continue?

I have learned that there is some type of information one of the Bloggers has on me and after sending me an email, telling me that he was going to put me back on his monitor and really stand behind me because “he believes in me” has now rescinded that statement dur to this supposedly huge information. Well, I got to tell ya folk, I don’t give a rats ass what any of them have to say. The truth be known, I built this business on my own and I will continue to build this business on my own, “NOBODY” has ever done a damn thing for me! What I accomplished, I did it on my own.

I have been facing many, many struggles trying to get things accomplished and after a very frustrating week we have decided to move the Tri-Star Money Changers corporate office to Canada, I have already begun the procedure and should have it completed by 1/1/2007. The Canadian government does not require any special licensing to be a payment processor. As of today I have advised my attorney to get the legalities in order for the move by the end of this year.

Allow me to reassure you, we are in a better possition right now than ever. Our business continues to grow. I would never nor will ever Jeopardize what I have worked so hard to build and above all I would never put your funds in harms way by doing anything foolish such as not obtaining the proper licensing to do business legally. By moving Money Changers to Canada we are cutting through a lot of red tape which other wise would take forever to do.

I writing this sad news to share you some facts that affected our business and put Offshore Club in a situation where we can't move any step to any direction.

To sum up the story, we will tell you exactly what happened with Offshore Club
from the beginning of 2006.

First of all, let's remind you with what happened with our e-gold account before 2006 which was our first financial disaster. E-gold start blocking all our accounts without any reason or previous
notification. We have supplied required Due Diligence documents 3(1) times to them, but they refused it accordingly to item 4.6 of their Terms of Use:

Issuer reserves the right to refuse service to particular individuals or entities, at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

In the middle of 2006, the impact was harder which was made by another payment
processor which was Uniclear Express. As you already know Uniclear stopped withdrawals from their system and significant amount of Club assets was frozen there. I strongly believe that Uniclear would be in business later, but we can’t get our funds back still.

The same big drama kept going on.. and this time it was our wire transfer processing system. During short DDOS attack on our hosting provider some of our customers ordered charge back of wires sent to the Club. Banks of this customers began investigation and had put our bank account in “black list”. This situation draw unwanted attention of authorities and we faced with many other problems both online and offline.

In the last period of about two weeks ago, we were working very hard and thinking on how to solve our financial problems. Unfortunately, after long investigation we decided stop risking with our member’s funds. We do not want to happen that situation when all our payment accounts would be frozen by authorities. As I already mentioned our investigation shows that situation is critical.

In light of this facts we decided to close Offshore Club as online investment opportunity. As we stated we guarantee our investors principals and we would start refunding process in next few days. You will find more information about refunding process on our forum. Please do not trust any other information sources and trust only official information from the Club. I suggest our members do not panic and calm down: We will refund your principals.

Total Rune Revamped Update

Well guys, this is the email I never wanted to have to send.
I am closing down TRR.

As you all must know, there were serious problems with TR and IMF,,,
script problems, attacks on the server, and problems with the payment
processors just to name a few, which resulted in my having to close those
sites and launch fresh with TRR.

I was making refunds to those members not in profit at both TR and IMF
and was keeping TRR as a totally separate operation. I had really
hoped that TRR could be built to the success that we all originally enjoyed
with TR.

Unfortunately this has not been the case. I did my best.
I paid as fast as possible to show my commitment to the members and to
the future of TRR. That just wasn’t good enough for some people.

When I paid in hours people complained in the forums because they had
been paid in minutes the week before. When I paid in days then people
complained in the forums because they had been paid in hours the week
before.

Payouts are done manually, my terms were 7 days, I did my best
to pay as quickly as possible but the complaints were still there.
TRR was continually bad mouthed by many because of the fall of TR.

Negative votes were cast in the monitors, not because as members they had
a problem with TRR, but because they did not want to see TRR succeed
since they were still waiting on refunds from TR.

That hurt us. By us I mean YOU the members and myself.
Without the growth in the program which would give me the time needed
to put in motion the outside income necessary to generate the profits to
pay the members, it just isn’t working.

I personally do not feel it is right to continue with a site where we seem to be doomed to failure by the negativity of the past. A program is more than
just surfing, it is the support of the members.

This is something that TRR just did not have and that’s too bad because I
really wanted to make this a successful program for all. I will continue to
make refunds to members not in profit. This will be done weekly and as
the funds are available to me. I’m not running anywhere, never have,
never will.

I truly wish this had worked out better. Maybe some people will understand
that over-reacting and posting negative comments in forums and panicking
over nothing (panic because of getting paid in 3 days instead of minutes when
the terms are 7 days) only hurts yourself and the entire program. It’s retarded.

Like I said, this is the email I never wanted to send, but TRR is now
closed and members not in profit will be paid over time.

Surf 2 Prosperity Clarification

Hi, I need to clarify my last email!  I did not mean that the older
requests were coming to a complete halt!  Not so at all, but I am paying
some of the newer ones also to kind of balance things out.

Here is what I am thinking of doing for the older requests, I will
start looking at them & the thing I had said awhile back about paying the
ones that support the program first will, of course apply. If a member
has not upgraded since payout requests were reopened up again, of course
that members payout will NOT be priority.  I have to do what is best
for the site.  It will more than likely be a partial payout & if the
member makes no effort to upgrade to support the site after being paid,
then when looking over payouts again, that members payout will be skipped
over!  I have to look at the ones that support the site & have
continued to do so through these tough times, they will be the priority. And
so, I will be paying those that have upgraded when they can & have shown
me support, that means not bashing me & those members that POST about
being paid will be shown priority also.  I have explained HOW IMPORTANT
that is for the site so many times, yet some still just will NOT make
the simple effort to VOTE or POST they were paid, so I will not be
making an effort on their part either.  The site needs the support of those
votes, it makes a BIG difference! 

I understand that some of you just don't have the money to upgrade so,
I am working on a option of maybe allowing compounding for those
members, but a fee will apply just as does in payouts.  I am looking at the
longevity of this program & what needs to be done if it is to succeed,
that is why I am making some tough choices for the program. 

If we work together we can make this work, I can't do it alone! 
Thankfully I have some loyal supporters & am very thankful for that!

I have thought long & hard about what to do to improve the situation
with the site & I am taking a loyal members suggestion.  What he
suggested was to start paying on the newer payout requests.  It is determential
to the site & it discourges new members from putting anymore money in
if they are waiting so long to be paid. Let's face it guys, we need the
support of new members too! 

Most of you have been great, but there are a few that have been paid,
that don't even bother to give the curteousy of posting that they have
paid.  And a few that will not even put a dollar in & some that have put
nothing in since on the 11th when they requested.  I want the site to
make it, so I had to make some tough decesions.

Also, as soon as possible I will be starting a Cycler to help with the
cash flow.  If any of you have any suggestions on things to improve the
site, please email me at sales@surf2prosperity.com, I am always looking
for ways to help our situation!

Listen, this does not mean that the old requests will be ignored, they
will be gradually paid too.  This is just the best way to get things
going that I can see.  What I am going to do is go back to the 1st of
September & start from there.

We began the first round of payments this afternoon. We sent payments to about 1100 of the 1700 members in the first phase. We will pay the remaining 600 members or so tomorrow or early next week, as soon as the remaining funds for the first comp pool post to VM.

I will post an update again when the rest of the first phase of payments are sent, and will continue to post updates on the rest of the phases as we fill the comp pool back up.

Remember, we will only attempt to post to your VM card once - so please make certain that your card is activated, or you will not be paid.

Also please keep in mind that we uploaded the file to VM today, that DOES NOT mean you will be paid today, they still have to manually authorize and run the transaction file which probably won't be until Monday.

Just an update on how payouts are coming along.  Am still on the 11th
of July for egold payouts, it is going very slow with egold since not
too much is coming in to invest & there are so MANY payout requests for
egold.  Alertpay is on 12th of July still & there have been quiet a few
Solidtrustpay payouts, since there are not that many request via
Solidtrustpay, so they are moving along faster.

I am dedicated to making the site work & I believe it will work, but it
will just take some time to get back on track.

verification as they prepare for refunds.

Hope nobody falls for this age old trick and send them anything. DO NOT BE GREEDY
as what is lost to the scammers cannnot be retrieved (despite whatever they have
claimed).

Identity theft can make you many times poorer and cause greater agony as you
clear up your credit reports...

Dear Customer:

As you may or may not be aware, NME (New Millenium Entrepreneurs) the
parent company of the Phoenix Surf Program ceased business on August
18, 2006.

Prior to the closing of business NME secured legal counsel to pursue
the recovery of money that was either owed to NME or in the hands of
out sourced companies that NME is entitled to recover.  I have been
appointed the position as the NME/Phoenix Surf Administrator to
oversee the recovery of those funds.

The goal of the Administrator is to assist the Attorneys in securing,
managing and preserving the assets of NME and in distributing these
assets to the account holders and other creditors in a fair and
equitable manner.  The procedure and the recovery plan have been
submitted to the SEC and Attorneys.  The final adjustments to the
percentages will be determined once actual funds are recovered.

The NME/Phoenix corporate records indicate that you have purchase
upgrades in the Phoenix Surf Program.  To verify these records, and
to confirm the amount deposited or otherwise owed, if any, we will be
reviewing each account individually.  It is very important that we
complete this process as funds can only be distributed to those which
have been verified by the Administrator and approved under the set
guidelines.

As soon as we are able to recover any funds, you may be contacted by
an appointed reviewer to confirm specifics as to your actual deposits
and withdrawals.  Please review your bank records, Virtual Money Debit
Cards accounts, egold and/or any other processing sources you used to
transfer funds to Phoenix Surf for the purchase of advertising
upgrades.  You may be required to email or fax your records to the
Administrator for verification.

NOTE:  The Administrator believes that NME/Phoenix currently will not
be able to reimburse all account holders and creditors in full. 
Accordingly, the Administrator believes that the only fair
distribution is to pool all of NME’s assets in order to effectuate a
pro rata distribution of the assets for Allowed claims which will
ensure that you receive the most value for your claim.

The Administrator believes that claims will be paid a pro rata amount
based on the Final Allowed amount of the claim and the value of the
NME assets as a whole.  Your proportionate interest will be
determined based upon the percentage of your claim in relation to all
recovered assets. The figure will be calculated by dividing the amount
of each individual claim by the cumulative amount of all recovered
NME’s remaining assets.

changes for any reason, please email your updated contact information

AlertPayPro Update

The program is back without the history profiles of members. Most likely, they are preparing to start on a clean slate and there goes the members' hopes of refunds.

Some members have actually started applying for chargebacks from Alertpay. As APP has a wide membership base and a lot of investments in their Alertpay accounts, there is a high chance of Alertpay going down together with the program once the chargebacks start to take place.

Even if Alertpay survives, it is likely that they will follow the example of Paypal and blacklist all autosurfs. There are also rumors of VM contemplating the same decision of getting rid of autosurfs as there are far too many complaints about them.

The next few weeks will be interesting as we observe how Alertpay and VM respond and the direction in which the current autosurf industry is going...

I know that people are starting to get ugly on the forum waiting for some news. First of all let me apologize for not getting something out earlier, we were out of town over the weekend trying to shore up a deal for the new opportunity and we just returned home late yesterday.

All of us here in the office are diligently working on an equitable solution to this situation and we'll have a final draft for you all within the next few days. We still have lots of variables to calculate, several hundred members yet to delete that don't fit the qualifications, and I simply don't want any mis-information to be passed.

Alien Trust took many months to build and it will take some time to tear it down, so we ask that you continue to be patient as we build some solutions. We want to offer a few options for people so that they can choose what's best for them and their situation.

Your advertising continues to be delivered each and everyday and that will not change.

Stephanie will head this operation so that some of us can focus on getting the company into profitability again so that whatever solutions we do offer can begin to be implemented as quickly as possible.

There were plenty of news last week that NowDollar has been sold to Harrolds Media. The below Whois data will confirm that both are actually one and the same person. Lance Barron of NowDollar has sold the company to himself. LOL...

The link between Harrolds Media, NowDollar and AlertPayPro is also pretty strong but it is not conclusive enough for Autosurf Dummy to ascertain that the same person is behind these. The coincidence of APP also being sold to Harrolds Media but pulled out at the last minute adds to the mystery surrounding these three parties.

By the way, this Lance guy has also got a cease and desist order from the Oklahoma Secretary of State’s office to Cease and Desist from selling illegal, unregistered securities in or out of the State of Oklahoma. How credible can such a guy be?

Previously, Mrs Vee has vouched for NowDollar's credibility and a lot of members have taken her words for it. However, it would be unfair to pin all the blame on her as she too may have been taken for a ride by the scammers. Autosurf Dummy has seen a lot of forums and monitoring/rating sites and where integrity is concerned, Mrs Vee is still a trusted and reliable source of information.

Anybody can go wrong when they are promoting autosurfs and HYIPs, it is all a matter of time.
One rule of thumb to take note is that whenever any programs used words like unbiased, solid or express an interest/concern for members, etc, they have to be taken with a large dose of salt. One of the rating sites (Autosurf Authority) has been getting lots of attention recently but for the wrong reasons, Autosurf Dummy may add his two cents worth on this issue later on...

This is to let you know that we are still here!  We're busy working and
hope to be done very soon.  We cannot give you a time line because it
could be longer or even shorter than we think.  Be assured that we are
working hard, on the account corrections and waiting for the double

AlertPayPro Transfer Saga #2

News of the buyer's withdrawal before the fact has even sunk in.

From Harrolds Media's previous email: "We have also purchased all of the intellectual property rights to the AlertPayPro randomizer and no one, not even the previous owners are allowed to sell that product."

Now APP is saying that since the deal did not go through and thus the intellectual rights still remain with them. Well, who is lying or is this the childish way in which they conduct their businesses? Maybe the intellectual property rights aren't worth that much in the first place that they can switch hands so easily.

It seems that Rob is still going ahead with Harrolds plan, and they have requested for two more weeks to solve the problems and then they will be ready to show the industry the way ahead. Well, Phoenix Surf has already laid claim to that dubious honor. Anyway, Autosurf Dummy will give them the two weeks to see what sort of rubbish they will come up again to delay payments.

It is getting interesting to see these admins coming up with ever-creative excuses...

A message from Rob:
Well the last few days events have been very eye opening. I believe Harrolds Media
was going to be the company that saved this industry. Their plan was flawless and
allowed both owners and members to profit without worry of an autosurf going out
of business. But, this is not what happened. Many people took it upon themselves
to panic and post information that was not founded on facts.

Harrolds Media has now backed out of their purchase due to the negative publicity
seen on the internet in the past few days. I personally was excited when I reviewed
their idea and saw their plan to continue purchasing autosurfs and turn around the
entire industry one site at a time. I am still confused why someone would rather
join a site knowing it will eventually go out of business instead of going with a site
that would actually profit and continue?

I have now the task of finishing what I started with APP. Since I believe that the
Harrolds Media plan is what will turn this industry around, APP will continue
under that plan. We have all rights to OUR intellectual property including our
randomizer. The scripts containing the new format of earnings has already been
transferred to us and our programmers are implementing it as we speak. I
understand better then anyone when there are changes many people panic,
many people are used to autosurfs failing and then screaming scam.

Understandable, because it happens all the time, but that is because they are all
the same, no matter how honest the admin is or how business savvy or how they
are run it will fail. You know it, you've seen it over and over and over throughout
the years. It will continue unless it is changed. During this time you will be able to
log in to app and see the updates, Harrolds messages are being removed. APP will
stay located at alertpaypro.com.

This may take up to two weeks to finish implementing everything, we will work as
fast as possible to speed up that timeframe. We have always done what we thought
was best for members and have helped numerous other autosurfs, if you remember
we even bought a couple of autosurfs just to pay out those members so they didn't
lose money. All of the negativity out there makes us look bad but there is really no
reason why we would do everything we have done just to purposely destroy
something we put 1000's of hours to create.

HarroldsMedia had the right idea and now we will use that to continue to make sure
this entire industry does not crash. No disrespect to other autosurf owners but
please look at your site, look at the statistics - you may be the most honest person
in the world but take a serious look at your site. Will it be around in 1 month, 3
months, 6 months? This is a truly heartfelt email, take a look at your numbers -
if everyone cashed out now and only put 1/10 back in - would it continue? Could
it? NO. Under the new model it would continue because the earnings for that day
would only be 1/10 of the normal.

Under the new system if more advertising dollars came in your affiliates would
earn more faster in less days and receive faster earnings payouts. An autosurf
can not be run as an investment company - APP was and always will be an
advertising company. I really encourage everyone especially owners to look
at the new model, I'm not trying to sell this new format, once it's in place I'll
give it away for free.

This whole industry needs to change or every week a new surf will be listed in
the 'not paying' or 'scam' folder of the monitors. History repeats itself and will
keep doing so unless these changes are made. I hope everyone understands
my points and sees that this really could be what saves autosurfs now and in
the future.

Got this letter a few days back from the buyer of AlertPayPro, Harrolds Media, but haven't got time to comment.

The background of Harrolds Media is highly suspectible and a lot of questions like refunds and the handling of ID verifications which members have submitted are not answered.

The period in which members can collect the profit is now an unknown with the new system as they will have to depend on the program's ability to attract advertising dollars to achieve the (locked-in) profit. Gross profits doesn't seem to be affected but if you are talking about ROI over the same period as APP's rates, this is definitely going to be very much lower.

Will this work? Nobody knows, as the program will need around 3 weeks to implement but Autosurf Dummy thinks if they are so confident of this system, why don't they start afresh instead of picking up the pieces?

Harrolds Media is pleased to announce the acquisition of AlertPayPro we hope
this transition will be smooth and that we could have the same repor with you
and the previous management has had. Some of you may recognize us from our
online casinos, offline media/advertising and billboard advertisements. We have
some major announcements and improvements to the autosurf industry as a whole.

The first topic to address, the current autosurf business model is flawed.
Having a set percentage for affiliate earnings is the flaw. Unless autosurfs
correct this flaw they will fail. As you may have noticed the maximum lifespan
of an autosurf is approx 6 months, this is because paying a set percentage will
cause the autosurf to instantly run in the red upon opening its doors. Selling a
$5 advertising package will result in the owner paying $7.50 back. A $2.50 in
the red from the first sale. A company can not operate in the red for long
especially a company which sells their first item and is instantly in the red.
Unless the company itself is making money it will eventually consume itself.
Autosurfing could be the next major form of advertising for brand name
companies. The potential is huge if the industry changes to a true affiliate and
advertising network.

Here is how an autosurf could continue indefinitely:

Typical internet definition of an advertiser: someone who pays a company or
individual to promote their site and or product.

Typical internet definition of an affiliate: someone who is paid to promote,
view, click or otherwise show advertisements and get paid by doing so. (a
promoter for advertisers)

Using the above premise, this is what all autosurf members are: either
advertisers, affiliates or both.

A pay per click search engine is an affiliate/advertisers network.The advertiser
pays the search engine .02 per click they receive. The search engine hires
affiliates to also promote those links on their sites, and pays the affiliates
.01 per click. The affiliates earnings are based on the advertisers spends. Both
the search engine and the affiliate get 1 of the 2 cents and the advertisers
receives his/her advertising.

The above example with a pay per click search engine is an example of how an
autosurf has to be run in order for both the affiliates and owner to make money.
Which is essential for the company to continue.

How an autosurf should be run:
1. Take the amount of advertising dollars from the previous day. Divide that
total among the number of advertising packages in circulation (subtract 5% for
the administration.) That total will give the value of each advertising packages
for that days surfing. ie. $10000 in advertising purchases comes in on a given
day. There are currently 9000 advertising packages in circulation. $10000
divided by 9000 = $1.11 - 5% = $1.06 per advertising package. This is what each
affiliate/advertiser will earn per advertising package that they own for surfing
that day. So if an affiliate owns 1 advertising package they would have earned
$1.06 for surfing that day. If they owned 10 advertising packages they would
have earned $1.06 X 10 = $10.60 for surfing that day.

2. If an advertising package has a number of days limit then you may earn too
much or too little by the time it expires. So advertising packages must have a
dollar amount as the expiration date. Each advertising package will expire only
after you have earned $7.50 from the $5.00 advertising package. Each individual
advertising package will remain active until it has earned $2.50 PROFIT.

AlertPayPro is now under this new earnings system. This may take us up to three
weeks to complete, we estimate much less time but we will not cross ourselves as
the previous managment has. We have also purchased another (most consider #1)
autosurf and will be implementing the new model on that one as well. While we
are willing to help other owners move/transition to the new system, we will not
answer queries regarding this. Once all is completed on both of the new sites we
have acquired we will then offer the new system on the open market.

Affiliates and Advertisers on AlertPayPro will receive updates as we convert
AlertPayPro to our system. We are also auditing the AlertPayPro database to
remove the errors that may or may not have been caused by the previous
management. Our other autosurf company which we have purchased will be announced
also in the next few weeks.

I apologize for the delay in the update. The meeting with our attorney ran late into the evening yesterday, and even part of today. The latest contract proposal was not everything that we had hoped it would be.

At this point we still are under our confidentiality agreement and I’m not able to give you specific details which I apologize for, but suffice to say that we were very concerned that several of the issues which were very important to us and the longevity of the program were not included as we requested in the contract submitted to us.

In other words, the contract was not in your best interest, and that’s unacceptable.

We’ve resubmitted a counter offer to the buyers, stressing that the longevity of the program is what we consider most important at this point, and stating very clearly that certain assurances must exist for the members, otherwise there will be NO DEAL.

We are all aware at this point that the future of AT is uncertain, but I can assure you of one thing without a doubt – IF Alien Trust must close down – WE WILL BE THE ONES TO CLOSE IT DOWN! Not some newcomer who stepped in with false hope and empty promises.

We should hear back by Monday or Tuesday on whether our assurances will be met and we’ll update you again at that point. In the meantime we’ll be working on an exit strategy that provides those assurances to you and will be in the best interest of ALL parties involved. Hopefully there will no need for such a strategy, but I will NOT simply stand idly by and let anyone pull another StormPay on the great people in this program that we care so much about.

Found More Cheaters, More About The Alertpay....

I just found another member that shows as upgrading by Alertpay, but
when I go to check the transaction, there was no such transaction made. 
Somehow these jerks have some way to cheat to get upgrades in the
programs without paying for them.  I already know of $3000 plus that has
been lost to one such thief.  From now on before paying out, EVERYTHING
will have to be verified to make sure that the member actually upgraded &
is not just stealing from us all!  I am so upset!!  I have so many
members that are honest members & these horrible people are taking money
that is rightfully the honest members money!   Well, these THIEFS stole
from us the last time!  It will NOT happen again! I will not pay one
more penny to these sorry excuses for humans.  Whatever it takes they will
NOT receive any more of the members money!

Let me start by first appologizing for the delay in communication from
me. It was not my intention, but so many things have been going on both
good and bad. There was a lot of things I didnt want members to have to
worry about, or even have some members stir up rumors about. In any
event I am truley sorry for keeping members in the dark and appreciate
all of you who have been so patient and supportive.

Now im not gonna bore you with excuses or reasons why things went sour
with TR and IMF but they did and I have some Bad News.

TR and IMF are Closing, but before you get all upset please hear me out.
You will NOT lose money! Let me explain what will happen with your
accounts from TR and IMF. We will be going thru the accounts on an
individual basis...if you are NOT in profit and your account is in good
standing and you have submitted your paperwork...you will be paid the
difference from your investment and what you were paid along the way,
plus up to 20%.

Heres an example:
If you put in $100 and were paid $80
You will rec. $20 plus up to another 20% of the $100
which is another $20.
This will make you break even or put you in profit.
If you are in profit or after you have been paid what you
are due, your account will be removed.

After all the crooks, hackers, fraudulant accounts, attacks, and what
not,  we are going to do all we can to make sure that no one loses
any money.

I was looking at the database and at least 3/4 of the members are in 
profit. That means that 3/4 of you MADE MONEY AT TR AND/OR IMF.
This fact alone tells me that there should be no reason why we cant 
rebound from all the b/s issues that screwed us all up.(Excuse my lango)

Therefore we are considering starting fresh and launching TR Revamped.
I am looking into it now, and depending on a few things, this will
determine if we launch the new site or not. We would be going back to
our old roots. Tr revamped would be as follows:

10% referral commissions
View 15 sites for 15 secs

expired, you may be confused by the message. 

The message is only a reminder that the last of your upgrades have
expired.  You don't need to do anything different.  We will let you know
when upgrades are enabled again.  You are not losing anything by being a
free member as no one else can upgrade at this point.

Audits are now the "in" thing.

The admin of 24dp is still sorting through all the problems and if there are any double
payments, members have to pay them back. Well, considering the current situation, i doubt if
a lot of members will be doing that.

They have also got in a team of trustworthy staff and got rid of the incompetent ones.
So hopefully, members' requests can be processed faster and payouts can start asap.

Hello to all members,

There has been a rumor circulating that we have sold 24DailyPro. While
it would be our right to sell it if we wanted to, this is not the case.
We have not and are not now in discussions with anyone in regards to
the sale of 24DailyPro.

The internal audits at 24DailyPro are still taking place and are well
on their way to completion, however there is still more work to do. We
appreciate your patience in this matter. We cannot give you a time
line on this but our support staff is working around the clock to get
everything back on track in the shortest time possible.

We are busy correcting the many errors that members have made. Please
read the last update and determine if one of these errors affects your
account. You can find the last (slightly revised) update as the first
entry in the FAQ section. We need your help to fix these errors and
issues as quick as possible so that we can get back on track.

Much to our disappointment, as well as dealing with member errors, we
have had to deal with incompetent staff members. All incompetent staff
have been replaced. The old saying "good help is hard to find" is

time is trustworthy and dependable.

On a few dates, rebates were sent more than once on the same expired

Battle For Zion, the final trial which the members of The Matrix Daily
had to participate in, is now over.

A minority of the members were able to enter the battle and have the
chance to save their cash balance. The rest had their cash balance
completely slaughtered without remorse, as was warned and as tends to happen
in all great battles.

Most members chose the red pill, perhaps because they saw it
appropriate to take the final plunge with the original risky color. Not bad!
Unfortunately, hundreds of people had the same clever idea...

Some chose their favourite color, others chose a color because they
thought it is so disgusting that nobody else would choose it. All valid
points and worth a reward if there were the means to give such.

The winning pill color that was chosen by the least number of people
is.. WHITE. Of course! If you had followed the white rabbit through all
the hints given during the lifetime of TMD, you would have been finally
rewarded by the touch of destiny.

All the 72 members who chose a white pill will get their purchase
amount (former cash balance) credited back 110%. Why 110%? We promised that
your cash balance will not likely be touched, well we have to make use
of the "likely" clause there as we nevertheless decided to touch the
cash balances and give the winners 10% extra on top of their money!

But it doesn't end here. The runner-up was the BLACK pill, which in
fact received the smallest dollar amount of choices, but was only the
second least selected by the number of members.

All black pill purchasers get back 50% of their cash. The rest of the
colors lose their full pill value, unfortunately.

2.) The Matrix Daily has now completed changes that took it away from
its former autosurf status to a genuine game of chance & intellect.

From now on, The Matrix Daily pays you 125% to 400% your pill value if
you choose the correct color. Winnings are paid on the day following
purchase, usually just a few minutes after midnight GMT.

The losing pill color will receive back anywhere between 0% to 100% (or
even more) the pill value on the following day. As an example, if you
look at the front page of TMD on the left you will see the latest pill
percentages. On July 23rd blue was the winning pill paying 212% and red
was the losing pill paying only 10%. If you purchased a blue pill on
July 23rd for $10 you have already been paid $21.20. If you chose the red

pill means exactly that, choosing all the available colors. White did

Having chosen the black pill means almost the same. Black also has
something to do with all the colors, however it is the one that absorbs all
of them instead of shining bright like white. The white rabbit prefers
to hang around with forces of light, thus white won.

Of course, all that was obvious - but only after it happened (grin :).

The lesson of all this according to the white rabbit is: If you can
choose all colors do so. That applies to the game of life as well as the

Hello EPay Members! I just wanted to give a quick update before the
weekend. Things are moving along nicely.

The restructuring upgrades are being added. It really is taking a lot
longer than I thought it was going to. There are many steps in each
upgrade that needs to take place for the entire system to work, so please
be patient. I will be adding upgrades today, some over the weekend, and
will hopefully be finished by the middle of next week. Each upgrade
gets an email sent out as well, so please keep checking your accounts and
your emails.

There have been some people wanting to upgrade on their own, but were
afraid that it might upset the system. If you want to upgrade feel free
to do so. We have had many people upgrading on their own, using their
own funds, and things have been working fine.

As you will notice on the main page of the site, I have changed the
percentages, cycle times and referral percentages a bit. I am in hopes
that this will stimulate some added growth, as well as excitement for EPay
Surf. These percentages will not be around forever, so please use this

EPay Surf is coming along nicely. Once payouts begin, I want all of the

point. There have been many people over the past few months, who have

believer in getting things right with people, and accepting apologies. Some
of the things that were said about me were very hurtful and down right

get to them and said some things that they would not ordinarily say, are

I know that things got to you, and I know that I did not do my part in
taking care of the communications, but nonetheless, we are supposed to
be professionals, and the remarks made were distasteful and
inappropriate. I am man enough to apologize (which I did many times) and man
enough to let some of you back in, but you need to understand that the

Members have asked for a little more clarification in regards to some

We have had to delete all tickets with the subject line "OUTSTANDING
CURRENT CASH" because there was a misunderstanding about what should be
sent. We apologize for that. "CURRENT CASH" has nothing to do with
pending cashouts. Those who truly have an amount of money listed in their
current cash that is not cashing out, please send in a ticket again
(the other ticket was deleted) but with a different subject line so we can
differentiate it. Please add the amount that is outstanding after the
subject line. For instance if you have $30.00 still sitting in your
current cash that is not cashing out, send us a ticket with the subject

This is rather disappointing as we are working a lot of extra hours
already and all information has been made available both in emails and in

We have already paid out almost $26,000 in refunds and will continue to

Answers to the most frequently asked questions below;

1. The ID’s on the 2 fullstats lists are the Payment Batch ID, not your
member ID.
2. Yes, your accounts are still active and you can surf, upgrade, buy
advertising and buy tickets for the sweepstake.
3. All accounts where zeroed on July 1st prior to the relaunch and a
full back up of all accounts from before that date has been done and is
on a different database for preparation of refunds!
4. If your account is deleted because of inactivity, you will still

I truly hope that you all had a great weekend. I wanted to get an
update out today, because the next few days are shaping up to be pretty
busy.

Starting tomorrow afternoon, I am going to begin adding the upgrades
for the people that are due them. I will send an email out to each person
that I upgrade tomorrow. Remember, these upgrades will act just like
you purchased them, so you will need to surf as usual.

I will post on the news section and the front page of the site the new
percentages that I am going to be implementing, and the time frame as
well. I have been crunching numbers, and want the best for the members,
without jeopardizing the program.

E-BULLION SECURITY - We highly recommend that you secure your
E-bullion account with a Cryptocard. The cost is around $100 and we do not
get paid for recommending it. We simply want you to be as secure as
possible from hackers. You can get details from your E-bullion account.

ACCOUNT AUDITS - We have been auditing all member accounts for a few
weeks now. Incredibly we have been finding cheaters and hackers by the
hundreds. With the result of this internal audit performed by our staff,
it has been recommended by our legal counsel, that we seek external
auditors to review our findings. This action will assist us in our efforts
to bring these criminals to justice. Until this external audit is
complete or the auditors say it is ok, we will not be able to do any payouts
any longer. I know this will not come as good news to you considering
your payouts have been delayed already. But would you rather we secure
your money or give it out to hackers and cheaters? We sincerely
apologize to you for this but it is out of our hands at this point and we
need to stop them now! Some of you cheaters and hackers are getting this

We have not run with your money. We are doing everything we can to

Hello Everyone. I know it has been a long time. Perhaps things below will explain a little bit.

As mentioned before, I did hunker down and did not let out alot of updates or correspondence during the down times. I told someone this story and I think it will help to understand where I am coming from.

When things began getting bad, I had many people turn on me. People that I trusted were posting things that I said in private to them, they were posting lies, they were posting many things. I began to have threats against me, my family my friends. Not just lax threats, but very serious threats. I was get hate emails, people were just getting plain vile. And it all began to hit at once.

Now this is the story that I told. I told them it is alot like a soldier in a fire fight. Bombs are bursting everywhere, flack is flying, bullets are whizzing by, bad things are happening everywhere. Some soldiers keep their heads up and keep fighting, generally they are killed if the firefight is to bad. Others hunker into the foxhole and wait it out. They have no communication with the outside, it is just a matter of survival. Many of you that have thrown accusations at me, have never been faced with the things that I was faced with.

Many of you have never had your family threatened or even your own life threatened. So please do not be to hard on me for not communicating. I hunkered down in the foxhole, and began to take stock of the situation. I asked myself if it was all worth it. I asked myself many times if I should even try to get things back up and moving. Then one day I got an email from someone, someone that rather than balsting me, encouraged me to keep going. They wanted to see EPay survive. So from then on, I decided it was worth coming out and trying to get things done.

Many times I have posted in forums, only to have my words twisted and turned to where I finally decided not to even post any longer. There are alot of vicious people out there, and until you have to stand and take the crap that they dished out, please dont judge me to harshly.

Anyway, here is the most recent update. Thanks to those of you that have stuck with me on this incredible journey.

Hello EPay Members.

I wanted to get this out before the weekend, because I know that many of you will be gone this weekend, and are anxiously waiting to see what happens.

The first thing is this. I have gone through the entire membership list. Some people have been removed, others accounts have been "adjusted", and others have been checked. If you cannot login to your account, then send an email to me at accounts@epaysurf.com with your details, and I will check on things for you.

The next thing is this. There have been alot of people not getting these email updates. Please, make sure that you post the updates all over the place, send them to your downlines, just make sure everyone has been getting them. Also, check your spam folders, put our email address in your address book. Just make sure your not missing anything. These updates are important.

This is the way things are going to work, starting the first part of next week. I am going to begin adding upgrade packages to each persons account that is due a refund. These upgrades will act just like an upgrade package that you purchased yourself. You will need to surf, and go through the motions just like you did prior to the troubles that we had.

The percentages will be changed as well as the length of the upgrade cycles. The final percentages and cycle time will be given to you later, and will be posted on the site as well. I am still working the numbers. I feel that it is important to shorten the cycle time, so that payouts can begin as soon as possible, just to prove to everyone that I am not a scammer, and EPay Surf deserves to be out of the scam/closed section in the forums.

Many of you have given me some great ideas and suggestions as to what you want to see changed, added and so on. I will be adding some new things as we progress, and even deleting some new things. The main thing that I want you to understand, is that I am going to try to take everything slow and easy.

The upgrades which will be added, will be done in order. I will try to send out emails each day to the ones that get their accounts upgraded on that day. I cannot do them all at the same time, because it is all is done by hand, and takes alot of time to accomplish. So please be patient. Everything should be done by Friday of next week.

The forum will be changing as well. I am going to make things a little different in the forum, maybe try to re-design it or something. If any of you know how to work with forums, and re-design them, I would be more than happy to have you help out.

Just a quick side note. I am very sorry to those of you that were involved with Jeremy's program. I was truly hoping that it would work out for all of you. It is strange how things happen. I wish Jeremy the best. He has been a great part of EPay Surf, and I hope that you dont treat him as poorly as I was treated.

I do know that with the troubles with EPay Surf and Privy Opps, that it looked like a viable opportunity. I hope that once EPay Surf is up and running that I can prove to you that truly it is possible to make money online, and in a safe atmosphere. I know that many of you have been hurt financially and emotinally, but please just stick with it a little longer. We are almost there.

There have been many accusations flying around about Diana. I want to set the record straight. She has been a tremendous help to me and to EPay Surf. She never controlled any funds, she was always support, design and behind the scenes. Some of you that have nothing better to do, have somehow taken it upon yourself to attack her. She is not to blame in any of this. She has been a great help and support to me, and I appreciate her very much. So for those of you that have attacked her, I am coming after you. You need to shut your mouths and go hide under the rock you came up out of. We do not need your kind.

Just for the record. EPay Surf is here to stay. Many of you have tried to destroy it with your emails, threats, lawsuits, forum posts etc. But when it is all said and done, we will be standing, and you will be hiding under your rock. I dont appreciate the way some of you turned on me and this program. You have been marked, and you will get your just reward. Now, leave us alone, and let us do what we set out to do in the first place. I am not a scammer, never will be a scammer! I want to help people, and EPay Surf is staged to do just that. If you dont want to be a part of it, then send an email to admin@epaysurf.com and asked to be removed. I will gladly flush your account.

To the supporters. I hope that you will have the courage to stand with us, and tell the naysayers, and negative people to go elsewhere. It is time for us to prove that EPay Surf can and will survive!

I did not mean to get so emotional about things, but it is necessary some times. EPay Surf is slated to be great, and I want to help as many people along the way as I can. We will have more bumps, we will have issues and difficulties, but I always want you to remember, that I will not run, I will always be here working for all of the EPay Surf members.

Autosurf Dummy can only say this, when something like this happen, all the harsh reactions of members (abuses and threats) are to be expected. Thousands of members' hard-earned money have been lost, so you can't except them to just walk away shaking their head and forget about the losses.

However, if Kent is really serious about getting the program back on track, i think it is worth giving him more time, as members have already been waiting for close to two months, so it makes no difference to wait another a week or two to see if Epay Surf can make it or not...

Refund process has started, it appears. However, until the money is in members' egold accounts, they can make as much claims as they like. Autosurf Dummy is not convinced of their ability to make refunds. By the way, here is a damning report on NME's integrity (found at one of the forum) which further confirms the fact that Phoenix Surf and NME are outright scams.

Found something interesting I would like NME's comment on.

This sounds great.... BUT... i found almost all of the templates you seem to imply that your designers did on templatemonster.com, whose terms fobid the use or resale of their products without permission and/or through their affiliate service. Also, their templates are a fraction of the cost.

Also, template monster has a function that allows someone to buy their templates as unique for a certain higher price, meaning they will sell no other of that template after that person buys it as unique. So, if NME were to sell one of these templates to someone after template monster had discontinued it, they would also be violation of more of that site's terms and would be making TN's unique template purchase a waste of money for their customers.

Have a couple of questions and concerns...

1. Has NME acquired the rights to these templates from Template Monster?

2. Why is NME representing these templates as their own design work?

3. Why is the pricing so much higher if the 'original designs' are actually templates?

4. If you have a team of designers who have tons of experience as the site says, why not have real original work samples and why not design the sites from scratch. Last time I checked 'innovative' didn't mean using stock design templates.'

You are also majorly underestimating the intelligence of your members and potential customers. Would anyone really pay 5 times the price for something they could do themselves for a fraction of the price in 15 minutes.

And my major concern is why the pretense. If you are not able to be completely honest and professional about something this small how can members expect to believe things that the company says about other major issues.

You guys could be really innovative if you used the skills and talents you have to actually do something unique and quality of your own. But all we keep seeing is rehashing of other people's ideas with a high price tag stuck on it to get downline revenue (i.e. NMEGlobal, Join the Millions, etc.) and they are flopping.

This is very disappointing. If you want succeed and win back your members, please be genuine.

BUT, what is not common nor professional, moral, or legal is copying the text of someone else's website word for word. And that is in fact what NMEDesign has done.

Both sites list a copyright. However, the Media Temple copyright is the only one that is verifiable via a copyright search.
Now, this is the 4th instance of representing someone else. Also, a legal notice on the Media Temple website states, "The (mt) Media Temple (mediatemple.net) web site, including all text, HTML, scripts, and images are copyright 1998-2006. All rights reserved. Any replication, modification, or copy of any part of this website without the prior, written consent of (mt) Media Temple is prohibited. This copyright notice applies to clients, non-clients, affiliates, and resellers of (mt) Media Temple."

OK... this is the second discovered incident of NME using material copyrighted by another company on their website and another instance of the company representing work done by someone else as their own. They couldn't even take the time to correct the languages they actually speak.

This entire NMEDesign appears so far to be a re-packaged version of other people's hard work. What is the NMEDesign staff being paid for?

I just don't understand.

We are supposedly talking about young, determined, business-minded entrepreneurs. People that are asking us to trust and follow their business lead, yet time and time again we find business actions being taken that just are not professional. Let's put aside the obvious disregard for other people's legal copyrights, although that is MAJOR. But if you put even that aide, would it really be that hard for someone on the staff to take an hour to write their own company description. Wouldn't a parent company that was putting serious efforts into creating what they tout to be an innovative web services and creative company insure that things are done right?

Looks like more and more questions and still no answers.

Absolutely disgraceful to pass off somebody's work as their own. And that is from a multi-million dollar enterprise with a Christian background with "good" ethics and want to help people achieve financial freedom. So kind of them. And what happened to their staff of bright young talents who surely can afford the time, if not to design templates, then at least to paraphrase the site contents.

Hey Guys,

I understand the nervousness, I'm nervous as well, AT is like a little child that's now all grown up, and we can simply no longer keep trying to control no matter how much you love it.

I've worked my a** off trying to stay ahead of things, keeping the hackers out, growing and nuturing this thing and to have to give her up to someone else kinda makes me crazy.

But I know in my heart that this is what will be best for you guys in the long run and that was always our goal, to find a way for average folks to make a little money that might just possibly change their lives a little.

So as hard as it is for my - I have to let my baby go, at least as an owner.

I think this will be a great move for us as a company because we are more than likely going to get the contract to run the new buyer's main business as well, and we're going to begin providing complete support and adminsitration services for other surf owners so that they can free up their time to build revenue for their members.

Imagine being able to launch a surf site and never having to worry about supporting it or running it, ALL you have to do as an owner is build revenue. No dealing with members, running forums, answering phones, approving websites etc - just create money and we'll do the rest!

That's why we're so happy about this deal, we get to actually make a profit for once by doing what we're already doing, supporting the industry that we love.

I'm pretty sure that this will all turn out well.

Brian and Jenny Sams have been friends for quite a long time and were pivotal in assisting with the development and day to day management of all of our projects here at W3MA. But due to family reasons and some unforseen circumstances they've decided to move back to their native Indiana.

With their departure we'd like to make some announcements as to the new internal billets here at W3MA. Promotions are the best part of any managers job, and it's my great pleasure to announce the following promotions.

Former Payment Solutions Director and organizational dynamo Cheyanne Brooks has accepted the position of Managing Director effective immediately. With Cheyanne's incredible management, sales, and customer service background she is just the perfect fit for this position, and it's already starting to show. As a Member Services Adminsitrative Assistant, Amber Henderson has been tremendous, not only is she punctual, effecient and fun to work with, she does all this while attending college 3-4 days a week. Amber will begin immediately as the new Operations Manager for W3MA and will be in charge of most of the day to day operation of the office. Congratulations Amber!

In about a week to 10 days we'll have a brand new member of the team as longtime friend and co-worker Marc Prestwood joins the team as Member Services Manager. Marc comes to us with a long history of customer service and technical computer skills and will surely be a great asset to Dustin here in the office, and more importantly to all you members out there.

So once again congrats to all and good luck in your new positions.

I know everyone is chomping at the bit to know when the cashout script is going to be finished, but first we need to discuss some other issues so that you can have a better understanding of where we are, and why some things will be taking place very soon.

As most of you are aware of over the past few months our industry and many of the Blue Chip sites have been victims of fraud. Right now there is a group, or perhaps several groups of individuals hammering away at all of us owners, passing bogus information and transactions, forging account numbers, trying to steal and hack VM cards, etc.

We are no different.

As part of our long term strategy we've been planning for the future, building other streams of income, and doing our best to minimize our losses, while truly committing ourselves to our steadfast focus of customer service and opportunity for all.

To understand the nature of the situation you need to first need to understand the economics of running a program of this type.

Every surf site out there runs in the red, period. The website itself cannot possibly MAKE money, even when you factor in the breakage, and run off the float such as we do, it's a red ink business from the get go. The difference between a Mom & Pops type surf and what we do is that we constantly use the system itself to help produce profits in other areas to make up the difference. We own 45 domains and of those about 17 make money, some lose money and some are not yet up and running. Our MLM businesses generate income, but those take time and usually some pretty deep pockets to build, although I must say that our latest company FFI is doing well without hardly anything out of pocket so far, so that's good news.

For instance, the advertising you purchase through QuikTrackPro is a good example, you see those ads everyday and by using the system you can produce addtional revenue for us and yourself with a well placed ad. Virtual Money is another example, not only is it a great tool for internal integration, it also generates a great deal of income.

All these things and the other sites up and producing should be enough to produce the difference neccessary to produce a small profit of about 1%.

In fact several things seem to have conspired against us to prevent this from happening, most importantly Virtual Money. Basically we simply aren't producing the revenue we expected from the use of the Vitual Money system. Far too many people are ordering cards and not activating them, which leaves us with no monthly fees on those cards, no one is using the card outside of our system, ie: ATM's, shopping, other sites etc. All this drags down the revenue that VM COULD be producing for us.

Although very functional, and a terrific stop-gap for fraud, our monthly revenue from VM is NOWHERE NEAR where we projected it to be. This in combination with a big loss on the Gold price drop, 2 consecutive months of 6 figure fraud, lack of consumer confidence due to 20 plus site closings, and constant and perpetual bad mouthing on forums like MMG, TalkGold and even our very own forum, have forced us into a situation where we can no longer carry on as the owners of Alien Trust.

You'll notice I said OWNERS.

Fortunately we saw this trend coming about 5 weeks ago when we looked at the P&L for May, and being a proactive manager I immediately and quietly began shopping for a buyer for AT. We had several interested parties who took a look at some of the monthly statements and got stage fright, others looked at the support requirements for a Blue Chip site and got scared off by that.

But alas fellow Aliens ... there is a light at the end of the spaceship!

We have indeed found a buyer for Alien Trust, and it is going to be tremendous! Not only have we found a buyer in the perfect industry, one that generates tons of cash, but we've structured the deal so that we can continue to provide the support and management of the site! We'll simply collect a monthly fee for the running of the site, and the new owner will handle all the money and the outside marketing of the site!

Not only that, the company will be located offshore providing even more protection from those that might seek to do us harm.

The reason we've waited to inform everyone is because we wanted to ensure the deal was going to happen before we got everyone all excited. There's nothing worse than getting your hopes up and then having it not pan out. This deal is all but done folks, we're simply waiting for the contracts to be signed and delivered. We were asked by the company to not divulge any details until such time that everything is complete and signed, but I felt it was very important to get word to everyone so that we could get on with what we need to be doing.

Understand that this is a HUGE deal for you guys, not only will Alien Trust continue to grow, but it will get stronger, more secure, more stable, and being located offshore adds a tremendous opportunity to ad options into the plan that we could only dream of here in the US.

We'll have more details for you as soon as we can legally get them to you, our confidentiality agreement doesn't allow for us to give out specifics ie: the name of the company, their location etc, (in fact I had to get special permission from their attorney to post this update), hopefully we'll get this done by Wednesday next week as I've promised Todd at ASA I would give him the scoop on all the specifics live on the webcast smiley

As for right now cashouts will remain down as we continue to work through the details of this sale and pending a decision from the buyer we may be asked to close down any further ad buys in order to facilitate the transfer of current assets to the new owner. Just to let you know IF that occurs you will still always be able to see your commissions on your accounts so that you know they are still within the system, and the AT website WILL reamin up and visible. The only lag time we may experience is a possible server move to the company's own offshore servers.

I know this may put a cramp in stuff finacially for some of you, but this situation could've turned out really bad folks - we could be folding ... so please try to remember - we've NEVER NOT done something we said we were going to do, we've been paying faithfully for a long time, even to those who were defrauding us, and we'll do everything within our considerable power to ensure that your beloved AT will be here for a long time to come.

As part of this new contract, as I said earlier, we will continue to provide live support and very soon, 24 hour live telephone support for AT. This agreement has forced us to change offices, so we will be moving to a new 4000 sqare foot, 2 story office building on Monday. This is a beautiful facility with more than enough room to support as many support reps as we need to maintain and even improve our customer service. The Support "Bullpen" is already put together and I was here at the new office until 5AM this morning loading software, networking, and generally exhausting myself.

So, just to re-iterate, there will be no live support or telephones on Monday, but should resume as normal on Tuesday.

Wow!!, What a response. We are not yet 24 hours old and already have well over 4000 members. Thank you all for your support. Because of the sheer volume of new users, there are a couple of issues I must speak about.

Some of you had problems approving your own sites. This was an oversight on our part, all sites will be approved manually by us.

For an hour or so there was a hiccup with e-gold, and a few upgrades were not added automatically. These will be added manually. If you have already emailed us about this, we are on to it.

Some new members are also not receiving their activation emails. Once again, if you have emailed us about this, we are on to it.

Bad news travel fast - as it's likely you have already read something
bad about TMD situation let us start the assembly with something more
uplifting!

The Matrix Daily has come to the end of its autosurf era. Autosurfing
as such is not real business for ANY company, it's a cover-up make
believe arrangement to make a shady venture look legal. In all the hundreds
if not thousands of cases that we know of, autosurfing is the mask for
running a ponzi scheme where the advertising has a negligible effect
for both the advertisers and the owners of the scheme. Many of you
already knew that but it never hurts to remind of the important points
again!

For TMD, autosurf was the buzzword to be used to bring its actual
business model into the scene. The actual business model, of course, is the
gambling game of wits and guts, where you choose one of the two pill
colors to win back 125% to 375% your bet or lose most or all of it. The
autosurfing part was the delivery method for this model and let us
confess, it worked more efficiently than any marketing channel we can
imagine of.

2.) Are you getting afraid yet of the gloomy prologue, the sinister
painting of words that precede the ultimately gory yet discretely masked
attempt to reveal the imminent fallout of your favourite ponzi? Oh, but
there is no need. TMD is not going to fall or disappear. It is going to
change, and change for the better (yeah sure).

What could be better than a solidly paying program for 220 days, during
170 of which nobody lost a cent but hundreds of members multiplied
their money up to 10x their original stake?

The answer is simple if you just compare the modern day to TMD's prior
way of operation, and to any autosurf or high-yield program;

Earlier we paid you 125% to 375% your money in 25 days. From now on we
will pay you 125% to 375% your money, in e-gold cash, in 1 day.

Earlier we required you to "surf" one site per day for each of the 25
days that you wanted to earn from. From now on we require nothing,
except for your monetary stake for the pill you purchase.

Earlier we built the expansion of TMD into an uncertain model of future
liabilities, possibly requiring adjustments in accounts. From now on
there are no future liabilities and no cash to lose - all profits can be
liquidated at the end of the day meaning up to 375% your e-gold back
anywhere from 1 minute to 24 hours depending on the time you purchase
your pill.

Earlier we enforced cashout and upgrade restrictions. From now on, you
have constant full access to your cash balance with instant e-gold
cashouts and debit card funding facilities.

You see the benefits? Good. But they do not come without sacrifices of
the old, unsustainable "lifestyle" of TMD.

3.) "The redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from
transgression."

The Final Step away from the imprisoning autosurfing future liability
scheme has now been taken. The Battle for Zion has been triggered and
only the strongest will remain. All upgrades have been voided (expired)
as per our terms and all cash balances will be adjusted towards zero.

Very hard to grasp perhaps, but if you wish to maintain hope please
read forwards. It is not all as hopeless as with EVERY other autosurf

There is a 10-day idle period now for TMD, to count off the summer

gullible, or the long-time supporters of the program who were wise

Daily's past life, and definitely the last one in the possibly 5 to 10

In true Matrix Fashion, the plot is never easy for mere mortals to understand and similar to Part II and III of the Matrix trilogy (which totally eludes Autosurf Dummy), the storyline for the third and final phase here is also getting complex.

Anway, to cut a long story short, the autosurfing business is done for the Matrix Daily. All upgrades expire on July 12th. Members will choose from 10 pills and one will win access to cash balance on July 22nd. From July 23rd onwards, it will pay you 125% to 375% in ONE DAY (1 minute to 24 hours depending on the time of purchase).

This letter has confirmed Autosurf Dummy's belief that autosurfs are really a waste of everybody's time and money and the real people who benefitted are eventually the scammers. Few, very few of the programs are honest and even if they are, they cannot avoid the fate of shutting down once the program grows too big.

Solid Investment a BIG SCAM

Solid Investment is gone, period. The biggest scam of 2006...

For close to eight months, it has fascinated investors with its consistent payouts, well-run system and uptime history (can't remember a prolonged period when it was DDOSed and taken down) but veteran investors will know that it is a scam right from the start. More than a billion dollars will be needed to payout the special plan with their compounding structure.

It is also no coincidence that Wealth2U, vipinvest also went down at the same time. Either they belonged to the same group or they were piggbacking on SI's success. No matter what, it is all over. Hopefully, none of the members has sent in a bank-wire request to the scameers as the chances of identity theft is extremely high. If you have done so, immediately inform your bank or close that account.

For those who have not chosen to leave the scene, the latest happenings may harden their resolve. As for those who still want to stay and "fight", no harm going ahead if you have the spare cash. You can still have fun and make good money, so long as you have chosen the "right" program and know when to leave.

Autosurf Industry in bad shape

The autosurf industry has taken too much of a shake-up in the past month and it is no longer worth participating in this arena. The demise of Compact Surfing and 13dailypro reinforces the decision, however like what Autosurf Dummy has mentioned before to readers, the investments should be pared down as changes are along the way, so not much harm was inflicted.

For the past few months, Autosurf Dummy have hits and misses, but overall it is slightly in profits. Will still be keeping an eye on the overall developments but likely no more or very little investments on my part. There will still be updates from me, so stay tuned...

The admin Ramesh has closed down this site all of a sudden but he has make good on his promises of refunds. Most of the refunds have been settled (mine too) and throughout the entire episode, he has handled it in a professional manner.

Other programs claim to do refunds but until today, still no news yet except for their wish-you-well emails. Please save the effort, action is better than talking. Autosurf Dummy personally prefer programs who still have the ability to make full or partial refunds in times of trouble over those that can send pretty emails consoling members or those who are aggressive and push the blame back to members for the money lost.

Anyway, Autosurf Dummy just got to wish Ramesh better luck in future.

13dailypro still a prospect

13dailypro seems to be performing ok for now but Autosurf Dummy thinks this month and the next could be crucial and depends on how well they manage the program.

This program is run by a group of Danes and the admin has been supportive so far, despite the initial hiccups, the program has still make all the payouts in a timely manner. But looking at PhoenixSurf which has the backing of NME and is run in a professional manner right from the start but it cannot even make it beyond 4 months, it is really a worrying situation for less endowed programs. Of course, there are also other programs like 24dailypro, Alertpaypro and CompactSurfing which has lasted the pace so it remains to be seen if 13dailypro can survive the security and cashflow problems in the next few weeks.

For now, enjoy the moment and payouts ....

Matrix Daily Phase II

Still taking the red or blue pills, anyone?

A lot of Matrix Daily members are still feeling bombed out from the 'sudden' announcement of Phase II, and the anger apparently is still there judging by some of the bad votes casted against the program. For those not aware, the transition to Phase II resulted in "many active upgrades from the past 25 days to be adjusted retroactively to a lower rate". And they were "cut in the fairest possible manner".

Time will tell whether Morpheus did the right thing or in his own words, in 25 days time, we will know the total effects of these actions. But credit to him for being honest that the business model wasn't sustainable in the long run and drastic actions have to be taken sooner rather than later. Autosurf Dummy is not happy with the cuts but on a positive side, these cuts actually act as a full or partial refund and is better than what some program admins have done (ie. let your full amount sit in the pending area, without any cuts but refusing to make the payouts).

Making the adjustments has put off some members but it has allowed the program to extend its lifespan by possibly a few weeks or a couple of months more. The issue now is whether Phase II is stable and profitable for us to stick around with?

Nobody has the answer, not even Morpheus himself knows the outcome of Phase II. Autosurf Dummy thinks that Phase II may still be quite attractive at the moment. For new members, especially. (Old members still cannot get over the retroactive cuts). Percentage swings will be a lot more frequent than in Phase I so a staggered approach of investment will be better rather than a lump sum investment. In fact, now seems a pretty good time to start Phase II (with the high percentages) than say one or two weeks later, otherwise might as well pull out of the program altogether.

Will the program see Phase III? Not anytime soon but it will depend on how Morpheus steers the ship out of the storm. Maybe the ship will capsize tomorrow and all will be lost. One thing is for sure, Autosurf Dummy won't be sticking around Matrix Daily when Phase III comes around.

Dummy Safe Pick #1

There is a hurricane brewing right now and autosurfs are getting into problems faster than we can say Jack Robinson. No safe bets at all. Rating sites are scrambling to update the payings, waitings, problems, and scams. ARE AUTOSURFS STILL PROFITABLE??

All Autosurf Dummy can say is it is getting harder and harder. Coming from a guy who has been with 12dailypro for close to six months, i would say no program in 2006 has shown signs of matching 12dailypro in its sustainability and stability. It could be that the golden age of autosurfs have gone with the collapse of 12dailypro. Sure, many programs claim that they can be 12dp, but F**K them and don't trust a single word.

If you really want Autosurf Dummy to make a choice, it has to be Compact Surfing right now. But should we go in big at this point of time? Well, the answer would be a flat no. You can continue with your investments or pare them down slightly at the moment as there could be changes around the corner. Not that they are signs of weaknesses, the fundamentals are still in favour of them but it is better to wait and see what changes are in store (see dummy is not so dummy). Moreover, there don't seem to be better alternatives around unless you want to discontinue the dangerous liaisons with autosurfs altogether (which may not be such a bad idea currently).

It really pains Dummy to see some autosurfers still using Internet Explorer to surf. Do you realize that autosurfing is one of the most dangerous thing we can do as netizens? In the first place, we are in the bad corners of the net where a high percentage of scammers lurk, and coupled with the fact that viruses, malware, spyware can be loaded onto web pages easily, our security is tested severely everyday from the surfing.

So if you listen to Autosurf Dummy, do yourself a favour and take charge of your own security. There are too many security flaws in IE which scammers exploit very often (but Bill Gates have not fully resolved), so just put IE as a backup and switch to FireFox. This is the first step towards safer surfing.

AUTOSURF DUMMY HERE!!!

Welcome all who wants to follow the Autosurf Dummy and be dummies. I have full qualifications as an autosurf dummy, so guys, don't mock my credentials. To reveal a bit more, i have graduated early this year with honors from the 12dailypro university, paying course fees of close to $20000. It was a good experience and proves that i am a big dummy.

I took a break but came back to autosurfs to put my knowledge to use. Don't take my recommendations here seriously, it is just me, a dummy, doing some babbling so follow at your own risk. To play in autosurfs, you can't act like a smart aleck, the scammers will only expose your foolishness. Act and play like a dummy (ie. anyhow play) and Lady Luck may just smile on you.

I am not an expert, analyst or investigator so you won't find any "valuable" information here. Only some dummy thoughts.

I will post my recommedations later.
