13dailypro Update

Dear Members,

We are still getting a large number of emails regarding the refunds.
This is rather disappointing as we are working a lot of extra hours
already and all information has been made available both in emails and in
the members area.

We have already paid out almost $26,000 in refunds and will continue to
pay as much as possible when funds are available as explained.

Answers to the most frequently asked questions below;

1. The ID’s on the 2 fullstats lists are the Payment Batch ID, not your
member ID.
2. Yes, your accounts are still active and you can surf, upgrade, buy
advertising and buy tickets for the sweepstake.
3. All accounts where zeroed on July 1st prior to the relaunch and a
full back up of all accounts from before that date has been done and is
on a different database for preparation of refunds!
4. If your account is deleted because of inactivity, you will still
receive a refund, again there are 2 databases. The current inactivity
period is set to 21 days of no surf or upgrades.
5. If your Name is not on the list yet, please do not worry, we are
still working on the list to ensure that non profit amounts go on list #1
and the balance goes to list#2.
