Outstanding Current Cash

An update from 24dailypro. Take note of the different categories lest they use it
as an excuse to dismiss your request.

To all members,

Members have asked for a little more clarification in regards to some
items. Please read carefully below. The complete admin email will be
posted shortly on the home page for all to read as well.

We have had to delete all tickets with the subject line "OUTSTANDING
CURRENT CASH" because there was a misunderstanding about what should be
sent. We apologize for that. "CURRENT CASH" has nothing to do with
pending cashouts. Those who truly have an amount of money listed in their
current cash that is not cashing out, please send in a ticket again
(the other ticket was deleted) but with a different subject line so we can
differentiate it. Please add the amount that is outstanding after the
subject line. For instance if you have $30.00 still sitting in your
current cash that is not cashing out, send us a ticket with the subject
line "OUTSTANDING CURRENT CASH $30.00" . If you submitted a ticked
without adding the amount listed in your current cash in the subject we
will have to close it. If you see that your ticket has been closed
without a reply you can resubmit it with the proper subject. This is to help
us organize the tickets and sort them so that we can get them done as
efficiently as possible. You can place it in the general category.

Read below for more clarification:

OUTSTANDING CURRENT CASH AMOUNT - If you have an amount
of money sitting in your "CURRENT CASH" that did not cash out you need
to tell us about that. That means an amount of money that did not cash out.
It may have been missed surfing commission that was added at one time
or even $15, $30 or $60 credited for overpayment of admin fees. If your
upgrades run out and you still see an amount of money sitting in "CURRENT
CASH" you need to tell us about it. Please type "OUTSTANDING CURRENT CASH
$xx.xx" (adding the amount that is sitting in your current cash in the
subject line as well) in the subject line of your support ticket. This
is NOT for outstanding pending cashouts….. only outstanding current
cash.

PENDING PAYOUTS – do not send in any tickets in regards to pending
payouts unless you have some that have EXPIRED on Jun 16 or before. If you
have unpaid upgrades that expired on Jun 16 or before please submit a
ticket with the subject line “STILL HAVE PENDING CASHOUTS FROM JUN16”
(or whatever date it is before that, not after!).

PAID BUT STILL PENDING – if you have been PAID but your payout is still
showing as pending, please let us know. Send in a ticket with the
subject line “PAID BUT STILL PENDING”.

DOUBLE PAYMENTS – if you have been paid more than once for an expired
upgrade you need to tell us about it. After this audit we will know
exactly who has been overpaid and we WILL take action against you if you
have not reported it to us. We are honest people and we will not
tolerate dishonesty. If you know you have been overpaid you need to send the
money back to 24dailypro Alertpay pay24dailypro@gmail.com and/or
E-bullion B99566 immediately. Send in a ticket with the transaction number
of the overpayment, the transaction number of repayment and the upgrade
that it corresponded to. We will need to track this and record it so
that we can reference it during the audit. If you have already paid it
back please send in a ticket with the details we need. Type “DOUBLE
PAYMENT” in the subject line.
