DesertSkyMarketing Payout Reminder
Some members had their cashout request denied for not following the correct procedures. As Dustin has provided a step by step process to receive the payment, the remaining members who were declined should do as such and wait to see if Dustin is just stalling for time or that he just wants to get the admin stuff right.
Autosurf Dummy believes that reputation is far more important for Dustin as he may want to make a comeback in the near future so the refund process should be relatively smooth..
Debs and I have completed answering all emails and support tickets that were submitted while we were gone.— CASHOUT REQUEST UPDATE —
1060 members requested a cashout. 937 members completed their request correctly and will be paid on Friday, March 30th.
123 members had their cashout request denied for one of the following reasons:
- 09 members requested a cashout to AlertPay
- 69 members requested a cashout to Egold
- 45 members requested a cashout AFTER 11:59:59 PM March 23rd (server time)Per updates sent out, cashouts will only be paid to CEPtrust and all cashout requests needed to be made by 11:59:59PM server time Friday, March 23rd. Members who had their cashout request denied will be able to request their cashouts again on Friday, April 6th when the cashout button is enabled for all members.
It is your responsibility to make sure you are up to date with the program requirements. If you do not receive the email updates, you can always click the “News” link in the purple menu after you login to your account because I post the email updates there.
If you are wanting to use the special DSM CEPtrust account to receive your payments, you need to follow the previously posted steps:
1. Change your payment processor to CEPtrust
2. Enter your DSM member ID as the CEPtrust account number
3. Submit a support ticket using the “Special DSM CEPtrust Account” category and let me know your AlertPay or Egold account number so I know where to transfer your funds to.Remember, you will be responsible for any processor fees involved in transferring your payments from the special DSM CEPtrust account to your Egold or AlertPay account.

More Refunds from 9PlanetNoSurf
Finding 43K all of a sudden, is this false hope or what, especially after John declaring that he is almost down to his last dollar and he has personally forked out $5000 of his own money for refunds.
There are doubts as to how anyone can be so careless to miss out how much money one has but we cannot label him as a scammer just yet.
Members can wait for a few more days to see how things develop but very likely, our good friend John is just buying time and gaining some goodwill in the process.
Who knows, he may just announce another new site soon.
MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT!
Woah! and Woooooooooohoooooooo! I was just consolidating the various e-gold accounts I had set up and… and FOUND a whopping 43K in e-gold IN ONE THAT I RARELY USED!

Update from Tri Star Media Group
Payments have been pending for weeks and deep down, members are aware that the end is nigh for Tri Star.
We have seen it all and if the admin says he is doing audits or checks, we know that the program has reached saturation level and the admin can either choose to scam or refund if he has any conscience.
As it is, if there is any opportunity to take out your money, go for it; upgrading with more funds over here to chase the elusive dream of passive income will only put your finances in deeper trouble.

Update from TopGunTraffic
TGT has paid me well for two cycles but the new changes have spooked me on the financial health of this program. Better to wait and see than to invest any more here.
TopGunTrafficFrom the very start, the growth rate of TopGunTraffic has been powerful and stable, however in the past 45 days we have witnessed a tremendous surge of almost 200% in the last 30 day cycle.
The credit for this outstanding success rightly belongs to the team effort used to take TopGunTraffic to the next level of excellence. And the positive response we have received for our performance in the market, underscores the professionalism, efficiency and a superior level of support that we give our clients.
A large part of what distinguishes TopGunTraffic from the competition is our swift payout schedule. The drawback to this system is that it reduces our liquidity; the cash reserve is kept at a minimum in order for maximum payout operations.
Under normal circumstances, this method of operation is in the client’s favour; they can depend on the regularity of their payments. In a market where there are many inter-related factors at work, when an incident occurs that is out of the ordinary to one of our competitors, it is important for our clients to understand how it will impact our performance.
The out-of-the ordinary incident in this case, revolves around the problems at DesertSkyMarketing less than 2 weeks ago. The initial report stated that this an attack of “Hit and Runners” had forced this decision, and although they are now likely to get back on their feet, this seems to have had a big impact on a lot of people.
Naturally, our clients have concerns as the clients of DesertSkyMarketing would turn to TopGunTraffic and others for their investment needs. However the influx of new capital accounts was offset by many clients failing to upgrade because of anxiety of whether or not TopGunTraffic would be the next to close its doors.
We understood that many clients have a certain risk preference, and during the initial week after DesertSkyMarketing’s closure, the payouts at TopGunTraffic continued; despite the reduced number of upgrades.
However, keeping in mind that TopGunTraffic keeps the money in circulation rather than in reserve, the decrease in upgrades has begun to have an impact on our operational ability.
Our clients’ investments are protected by our 7 day policy; for the upgrades that are currently due for payment, there is a delay of 7-8 working days before you will receive your payment.
In the interim, our clients should be aware of the current figures and plans that are immediately effective:
·10% daily for 13 days with 4% referral commission.
·The cost of each unit is $5 and can be paid via E-gold.
·All free members are required to upgrade within 5 days of joining to avoid account cancellation.
·All members will be refunded in the order they always have upgraded in.
By taking these measures, we believe that it will be possible to support the slowdown and secure a more stable account management system.

4NM merges with CEP
As of now, cashout is every fortnight and there is no more compounding or daily cashouts. If that is what it takes to prolong and stabilise the program, i think it is the lesser of two evils as compared to the program closing down without paying members.
There are lingering doubts over the legality of CEP Trust Payment Processor. Definitely, there are advantages for members (greater accountablilty and transparency) when we know that a payment processor has been registered and is licensed to operate.
But i guess in this line of business, legality is not something which can be established easily. The main business (autosurfs) is in itself illegal in the eyes of the law and everything associated with it will also not be recognised as legal entities. Hence, having a licensed payment processor (and running an autosurf at the same time) is next to futile as we cannot expect it to be around when the surf sites are all closed down and owing members money.
This industry is not ready for regulation from the authorities just yet as there is no stable or sustainable source of income which can be proven. The ad packs purchases make them look like viable businesses but at the end of the day, they are still cleverly disguised ponzis. If we want to be in this industry, then we cannot expect to have the best of both worlds, not yet at least.
I have some more exciting news to share with you all. I have been in talks with CEP regarding a possible merger between 4Newbies Marketing and CEP, and I am glad to be able to say it is here. Having the financial stability that CEP brings to the table is vital for my long term plans for 4Newbies Marketing.
As of the mailing of this email there will be some changes that will need to take effect in order to move everything under the CEP umbrella.
I will still remain as your trusted Administrator. The current advertiser we have will be placed on hold until the merger is complete.
This is not 4Newbies Marketing Part Deux, or Reloaded. This is just needed in order to facilitate the move to CEP.
Temporary Changes:
-The max rebate will be set to 2% a day until EVERY ONE is paid in full. -PLEASE KEEP VIEWING ADS in order to earn 130% on all current ad packs purchased.
-All pending cashouts due today, March 7th, have been paid.
-All other pending cashouts made today are disabled(denied) and upgrades are disabled as well.
-There will be no more compounding.
-Cashouts can only be requested once every 2 weeks and that is what is paid on every other Friday
-Cashouts will be made every other Friday begining next Friday, March 16th, until all members are paid in full 130%.
Once everyone is paid in full, the current PatsPro script will no longer be utilized and the CEP switch over will begin. I will keep you up to date with the progress and with any other technicalities that may arise.

Become Hated - A Good Read
I have seen this ebook advertised on most major forums and i finallly splurged on it after making quite a bit of money last month. Over the weekend, I managed to read this ebook in one sitting. Not surprising as the book is fairly easy to read and the authors have paced the contents nicely.
Having read more than a few internet money making guides, i feel this is quite a comprehensive book. For $67.00 you can get a 77 page e-book that will teach you dozens of ways to earn money quite easily online, in addition you get access to the BecomeHated.com support forum where you can get all your daily money making questions answered from the 7 guys who put the e-book together. They have answered several of my questions so far and i would say the customer support is above par standard.
In this ebook, you will find it goes into great detail for each category and really gives advice that most people would never come to think about.

Lesson From The Demise Of DesertSkyMarketing
The program never recovered when the daily percentage dropped from 10% to 9.43%, a mere 0.57% drop which could be cyclical instead of a structural weakness. Cyclical in the sense that there could be more withdrawals than ad purchases for that day and will more than likely to pick up in the next few days.
But alas, members have been so tuned in to red flags that they rush for the exits at the first sign of weakness. But we can't really blame the members as they have suffered so many times in the past.
The recent frenzy over share programs can be a good or bad thing. It allows members to gauge the strength of a program and make their judgments whether to invest more or withdraw but it can also result in premature collapse of a very good program, as in the case of DSM.
For the conventional fixed rate program, members are oblivious to the state of the program and the end result is fully controlled by the admin. Members can only tell that the program is in trouble when payments slowed or the site is taken down.
Should the success of a program be determined by members or by an admin? That is the key question but personally, Autosurf Dummy would still prefer share model programs as the rates fluctuate based on the incoming source of revenue and can give members advance warning if the program is in trouble.
Hopefully members can be wiser after this unfortunate event and learnt that you need to be calm and steady when playing this game. Use some rational thinking and don't follow the crowd all the time. Play only with your spare cash, otherwise you should not be in this industry at all.
As you know, I’m always open with my members about the status of DesertSky Marketing. There has been a mass exodus from DesertSky Marketing ever since the daily percentage dropped from 10% to 9.43%. You can see from the statistics page the daily advertising sales have plummeted. The figures for today are on track to be less than half of what it was yesterday.
Obviously, the majority of the members do not want DSM to continue. This really is such a shame. DSM created a program that would have been able to sustain 5-6%, but the majority of the members did not want to support it when the percentage started to drop.
DSM does have real outside income and a sufficient reserve fund. We are going to continue with our master plan and move forward with a private, invitation only program. The members who are invited and choose to participate will enjoy the benefits of DSM’s master plan.
Since it is apparent that the majority of the members do not want to participate in DSM as we know it today, I have decided to close DSM. I’m disheartened and disappointed that it has come to this. We do have an exit strategy where no member will lose money! Over the next week, we will have our programmer create an audit script to figure the amount due for each member.
DSM will compute refunds in the following way:
- Total real cash upgrades (upgrades from AlertPay, Egold, or CEPtrust) minus total paid cashouts = refund amount due
- If you are already in profit, you will not receive any more funds from DSM
- Members who continued to support DSM by upgrading after the percentage dropped will receive a 10% bonus along with their refund
- Members who continued to support DSM by upgrading after the percentage dropped will receive their refunds first
- All other refunds will be paid in member ID order, from lowest member ID number to highest member ID number
I’ve turned upgrades off as well as disabled the cashout button. I’ve also stopped processing cashout requests until we complete the account audits. As soon as the audit is completed, we will post a page on our site that shows the member number, and the refund amount you will be receiving.
The list will be in the order in which the members will be paid. DSM will then immediately begin making payments. Payments will be made each business day until all members are refunded.
— How did we get to this point? Several factors came into play that brought us to this point: —
- Referral commissions was one. A good handful of members upgraded with minimum upgrades and built a huge downline. They didn’t support the program they were recommending to their downline. Most not even surfing, but managed to login every day to withdraw their referral commissions. We have new code that will correct this referral commission issue. This new code will be passed to the companies that lease the DSM script.
- Once we reduced the referral commissions to correct the abuse, these same members who gained so much, started moving their downline to other programs. Not because DSM was a bad program, but because they could no longer milk the system and fill their own pockets.
- Once the daily percentage fell below the max of 10% (which we all knew it would eventually do), the majority of the members bailed. This is evident by looking at the program statistics. This is an unfortunate event because of so many programs burning members in the past. The community, as a whole, is not willing to stand by an honest program. Because of so many past programs that have scammed and/or failed, members jump at the slightest challenge. This is not so much a member problem, but it is an industry problem.
— What can you do in the future? —
- Support programs that are run by honest admins. Not just when the daily percentage is high.
- Pull your profit out along the way. This way when the daily percentage drops a bit, you will not be in a panic and withdraw all your funds, thus making the percentage drop even more.
- Sign up under the program link, not some referral whore. This benefits the majority more than a select few. Does your upline recommend a program because it is a good program, or do they recommend the program to make a killing off of your work? Do they upgrade as much as they encourage you to?
- Realize what a good percentage is; 2% per day is an awesome return, even 1% per day is better than you can find in any bank.
Please understand the business model did NOT fail. The business model is a solid one, especially with real outside income. However, a key component is sales. If sales drop to near nothing, then there will be near nothing to “share” with the members. This is what happened with DSM, and rather than let it die a slow, long death, we are going to stop the bleeding and make everyone whole.
I encourage you to support 4newbiesMarketing, Lucreshares, and a couple more that will be coming online very soon. These programs do have real outside income. If their daily percentage drops from the max, don’t bail on them. Realize what a realistic daily percentage is and continue to work the program to make a reasonable monthly profit.
I am attending classes this weekend (Thursday - Sunday), so will not be online that much. This is the reason this email is coming so late. I hate to ask you for patience, but please be patient and we will post on the site next week the refund amounts so you will know the amount you are going to receive. We will also leave the support ticket system open so if you disagree with the amount you can submit a ticket and we will double-check our records and make any necessary adjustments to your refund amount.
